Yes, we finally watched Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. Words fail me. That was…the weirdest…and the most hilarious thing I think I’ve ever seen.

WONDERFUL! It’s so hilariously insane, I know. 😀 The square-dancing/barn-raising scene nearly kills us with laughter every time, and others too (like the ‘sobbin’ women’ sequence’). Isn’t it great though?! Which brother was your favorite?

@Emma-Flournoy Aw, thanks. I’ve finally learned to go talk to my mom when I’m feeling depressed, because just having her know what I’m going through takes some of the weight off of my shoulders.

My day hasn’t been too bad. I went listening for turkeys early this morning with my dad and sister Elizabeth, and tomorrow I’m turkey hunting.
My head’s not been too bad today, and it wasn’t hot today ( 😛 heat never helps), and though I haven’t had time for a ton of stuff I’ve generally had a decent day. 😀 -

It gives me a joy just to read that. I need to remember it more often. The problem is that I forget my purpose in life, and so any sort of failure seems like a defeat, but really, I’m just here as a tool, so I just need to do my best and God will make it worth while.
