Thoughts:

For one, 1 Samuel 1:1-16 would lean me against mercy killings since David seems to regard them as no different in consequence. I know this is in the context of “the Lord’s anointed”, but I think the important thing is that David does not make an exception because of the circumstances.

*groans* Oh, the bliss of dealing with such a small word-count! I know, I know, it’s my fault… *sniff* How I would love to write something that short, though! 😛

@kate-flournoy Oh, the droopy guy. Yeah, he doesn’t have a name though he is referred to as the man with the droopy hat or just the droopy man. He’s actually a very minor character with only this one scene. I guess he’s actually a foil character too.

@daeus Congrats. That’s a great idea. Maybe I should do that too…

@kate-flournoy Well the key word is “if”. I don’t normally write that many words a day though I’m sure I could if I set myself more goals. I believe a full-length novel is defined as about 90,000 words, though I might be wrong.
