Hey, everyone!!! Happy Resurrection Sunday!!!

I love Spring. It makes me think of new beginnings, of life after death, of joy, of warm days with cool breezes, of bright flowers, and most of all, of the death and most of all RESURRECTION of our Lord Jesus Christ!!!! I like to imagine that Jesus went down and, during those three days in which he was dead, battled his way to the keys to Death, Hell and the Grave day by day–three days for three keys. As the writer (and just daydreamer in general XD) that I am, I like to picture this huge, epic sword-fight scene going on with fire in the background as the devils chanted His defeat. But by the end of it, He sent them cowering!! Because that is just how great and powerful my Father is!!!! Now, mind you, this isn’t just the Jesus who died on the cross, fought epic battles and leads armies of angels into war, this is the Jesus who sat there talking and laughing with the children on His lap, the Jesus who humbly came into our world as a baby in a manger, the Jesus who used one child’s offering of bread and fish to feed 5000, and the Jesus who had mercy on you and I. So today, whether you stay home all day or go to your grandparents or church to have fun, remember to celebrate!!! And always remember that no matter how dark your current situation may seem, a lot can change in three days <3
