Hey~
I’m a little confused as to what you’re asking here. Are you asking about the Biblical soundness of including “humanoid” creatures in your story? Or are you debating the differences between animal and human?
If your question relates to the former, I’d like to ask what impact God has in the world you’ve created. Do your characters actively…[Read more]

Hi there! @allison-grace
A few things to consider here, but first, check out this video:Â https://kingdompen.org/character-types-the-strong-female-character-tm/
Okay. Now, I’m no expert on this, and without any knowledge of how exactly your MC goes about saying anyone, this might be a shot in the dark, but here’s my advice: make it re…[Read more]

I can attest what @Daeus said. It’s very hard to pull myself away from my friends who I can only chat to online in the morning or evenings because time zone differences. 😛

@dekreel No, I meant mine wasn’t a riddle. 😉

@dekreel Uh…… XD
This isn’t exactly a pun or riddle, but it was funny.
I asked my friend once, “Who actually likes lukewarm water?” and she replied with Revelation 3:16:
“So, because you are lukewarm–neither hot nor cold–I am about to spit you out of my mouth.” -

@dekreel Don’t worry, few people do get it. The numbers are a distraction from the real thing, and people tend to overthink it. Lol! Snakes can’t walk!! XD
@silverclaw-bonnetfly lol, those are great, especially the one about the lion and the ape. And yes! two “thes”

@dekreel yes! I’m sure you could ask him more about it, too. *watches your inspiration gears turn* 😉

@dekreel ooh, a series would be great as well! I know of several authors with large casts who do that.
And yes, I believe he does 😀 I think he’s taken sparring classes before. I know that a while back he wrote a really, really good article on writing realistic sword-fighting.

@dekreel Oh dear! XD
Here’s a riddle:
An electric train is going at 80mph south, and the wind is blowing 90mph east. Which way is the smoke going?
And a second one:
Imagine you are driving a bus. At the first stop, three people get on. At the second stop, two people get on and one person gets off. At the third stop seven people get on and four…[Read more]

@dekreel ah, I see. Big casts are hard to wrangle. Let me think…
This might be totally wild and not right, but what about a Kapeefer civil war? Like, one side isn’t necessarily “bad;” it would be more like a capture the flag sort of thing. Like they’re competing for something…maybe to see who will get special sword-fighting lessons from King Daeus? 😉
