I like it, Hope. But I’m not that good with poetry. There are a few bit’s that don’t quite flow well, in particularly this line: The sign reveals Firstflowing’s tomb.
Perhaps you can incorporate some of what Daeus has done. I like what he’s done with the third stanza as well.

Well wind and rain together would be storms. Perhaps you use them in combination to get more dramatic effects.

It’s fun to twist prophecies and have them mean less, or something rather different than expected.

It’s actually a little like what we do here, but more competitive. You race to see who can write the most in a set period of time. In this case three whole days.

Well I kept jumping around because everything seems to be going slow and sounding terrible after half a page. I think I need to summarize but I’ve forgotten how that works.

I got about 340, which brings me up to 1,524 for today and 20,007 for the month. I’m aiming for 25,000 which means I’m a little behind. But only a little now.

I’m rewriting at the moment. And though I’m writing faster it’s taking me longer to get through it. I’m putting a lot more detail in and I’m not sure that it’s necessary. It might just be a whole lot of filler.
