Shadow, Amelia’s cat jumped off her bed where he’d been napping. He trotted up to her rubbing against her legs. Hello Amelia. You are my person. I like you. He looked up at her with his big yellow eyes. Don’t worry, you’ll figure it out.
Though in this book he is also Amelia’s cat… ?
