Its what I like to call…My Kinda Sorta Fantasy book, meaning its set in a fantasy world but there is no magic.
Jycin is a simple weaver in a simple village. Or at least he was. But when his sins lead to the choice of joining the hated priests or have his family killed, he discovers there is a much bigger world than he could have dreamed of. Faced with the future of losing his daughter, Jycin reluctantly trusts the mysterious Delmira with her promise of a better future. But will rebellion simply cause more heartache, or will something truly better make itself known?
that’s the synopsis. My idea was that in most fantasy books the hero always is good at fighting and their job before joining the cause was something that required physical strength. So I completely threw that away. Jycin is a weaver. It takes focus and he has to know a ton of stories to put on the cloth. He never learns how to fight well, but uses the stories he knows to sway people. Where most fantasy MCs use strength and fierceness, Jycin uses hope and meekness.

I’ve just been reading all the previous posts and laughing. Though I am curious, you and @jenwriter17 definitely agree on Zac being the best character, but you were talking about your three favourite characters. So who are your other two characters?
Also, as soon as Alia gets to the end of Stars, I’m pretty sure I’m going to die.

Now, I’m laughing at myself because you said three guesses and character and my super tired brain interpreted it wrong. I am curious though about what characters you like other than Zac.
(I also agree about Justice. He has no middle ground that guy. He’s either super emotionless or super emotional. He’s way too tiring to write)
