That’s what I’m saying and it’s early in the morning and I’m not entirely sure how I’m supposed to edit my novel when I can’t actually make sense…*sigh*

I haven’t listened to the whole thing, but I don’t mind it. Its not my favourite, except that I do quite like the song I mentioned to you the other day. Speaking of which, did you and your sister find a song?

I actually don’t like that song a whole lot either. Oh well.
We found a couple. We want to have a whole lot of songs we can sing together. Right now we know a couple of duets from Sight & Sound, which are good, but they don’t sell the sheet music so we can only sing those for fun around the house, really. I have the sheet music for Whispering Hope, a hymn with a beautiful harmony for alto and soprano. We’ve also talked about a couple other little songs from 40s/50s musicals.
By the way, I mentioned “Pore Jud is Daid” before, as one we really liked. It’s hilarious, and very horrible at the same time, because Curly is trying to get Jud to commit suicide…sort of. 😮 It’s kind of okay, since Jud is a horrible murderer, but it’s also kind of weird. However, Curly talks all about how nice it would be if Jud were dead, and Jud starts getting into it and they describe the lovely funeral and all the weeping women and the parson’s speech and everything. Hugh Jackman does a really good job in the Broadway 1990s version which is on YouTube, and the guy who plays Jud is really creepy. 😀
So yeah…not quite the type of song we might sing in public, but certainly fun to sing around the house.
