@dekreel I know! And all the clouds names and stuff…urgh, it’s frustrating.
My favourite languages are French and German, and I’m learning both of them, but probably leaning more towards learning French at the moment. I’d love to learn Romanian, because it’s so pretty, but no one really learns Romanian, so it would be harder to do. Japanese is nice too!

February 9, 2018 at 11:12 pm #62996@seekjustice Whoa, that’s cool!
What languages do they speak in Australia other then English? Spanish is by far the most common, after English, where I live in America
You can pronounce it however you want.
February 9, 2018 at 11:21 pm #62997It depends on the area! Sydney (the not-capital-but-everyone-thinks-it-is) has a lot of immigrants, particularly Asians, so there’s a mix of different Asian languages, and there’s also a lot of European people, Greek and Italian mostly I think. There’s a lot of Muslim and African peoples as well. I wouldn’t say Australia has a large population of any one particular group (like Spanish speakers), but there’s a lot of ethnic diversity, mostly people who came out after WW2, the Vietnam War and the recent wars and famines and craziness going on at the moment.
So, there you go, you just got a lesson in Australian culture.

@dekreel, the frog was pretty cool, but my favourite would probably be the bull’s eye I did a few years ago.Official Member of the Certified Club of Aussie Kapeefers

February 9, 2018 at 11:38 pm #63000@clairec A bull’s eye?! Cooooool 8-D
Now I really want to dissect an eye…
Have you ever dissected an owl pellet? I did it in middle school. It was cool! Most of the pellets were mice, but one of my friends had a bird!

February 9, 2018 at 11:38 pm #63001@clairec Well, maybe not forever, but I don’t like dead things. Especially not dead things with their brains exposed. No, no, no 😛

February 9, 2018 at 11:48 pm #63005@seekjustice Speaking of not liking dead things, I read a book once where a snobby girl wanted to get into a girls’ club at her school, and she asked one of the latest pledges what the initiation was like. The pledge knew how snobby that girl was, so she decided to tease her by saying something about how they “Gave us some dead animal to eat! By the time I was finished, I couldn’t have eaten another bite!”
Of course the snobby girl was stupid enough not to realize the pledge meant they had a feast of fried chicken on pledge night, so she was horrified and decided not to ask to join the club. 😀 :p

February 9, 2018 at 11:53 pm #63006@dekreel So long! farewell! (*trails off into the singing of musicals*)
@rochellaine Hehe 😀 That would probably happen to me, let’s be honest!INFP Queen of the Kingdom commander of an army of origami cranes and a sabre from Babylon.
February 10, 2018 at 12:09 am #63008@seekjustice We used to sing “So Long, Farewell!” almost every time guests left our house. 😀
Um, yeah, me too. I’d probably be horrified for two seconds, and then realize the joke and laugh. 🙂

February 10, 2018 at 12:26 am #63009@rochellaine 😀 I probably do it mentally. Not out loud, but having all my little brothers do it would be incredibly cute.
Anyway, it’s time to say goodbye! I must leave you for now 🙂
