@shannon Hi, sister. I won’t say I’m happy to see you, but I guess I should say “welcome” anyway. *sigh* JK. π
@shannon @emilyΒ Hi, y’all!
You can pronounce it however you want.
@dekreel Howdy! Whatcha working on?
@dekreel Hiya! How’s it going?
Oops! Didn’t mean to do that. π
@shannonΒ @emilyΒ Howdy! I started writing a short story, and I’m contemplating where I should go with it. What about y’all? (Is it just me, or is this Texas?)
You can pronounce it however you want.
@dekreel I’m filling out a character questionnaire for my MC in my novel. π
@dekreel If you need a break I would go for it. If you don’t, then I would stuff it in a drawer, and “let genius simmer,” for a while.
Well, “howdy,” and “y’all” are both Texas phrases, so maybe that’s what you are thinking…
@dekreel, I’m filling out Character Questionares also…
@shannon I should know — I’m a Texan! (actually, no. I’m a Taranaran, but I visit Texas a lot π )
I just started writing the short story this morning. I like the story idea, but it also might be too boring and too wordy. So… maybe I’ll just write a collection of haikus instead. Or work on my KPA. Or the Dr Who novella! Soo many possibilities!!
You can pronounce it however you want.
@dekreel Nice. I wrote a haiku for school. They’re actually really fun! I never like poetry before. π ikr? I was working on a short story, but finally I just laid it aside because I was sick of it. π Sometimes you just have to leave stuff alone for a little while. I’m doing that with two of my stories right now. π
@dekreel, I had absolutely no clue that you are a Texan!!! That’s great! Are you in South or North Texas (if you don’t mind saying)? We are in Southeast Texas.
