It’s a mix between fantasy and dystopian. But it leans more towards fantasy, minus the fantasy animals and species.

Dystopian is usually a parallel universe to ours where something went wrong either in the future or in our history. Usually people associate it with government conspiracies or control (think Hunger Games).
