Understood! We’ve been intending to dress up for a Civil War reenactment nearby, but making the clothing has been a long process. (Of mostly 1. Explode with ideas. 2. Buy supplies and dive into sewing. 3. Need more supplies and realize they’re too expensive. 4. Set it aside. 5. Repeat.)

I love it! I think I remember seeing some of your drawings for this idea. Maybe the king’s non-personal reason for banning magic is because the kingdom had been terrorized before by the magic of some villain (idk, maybe Donavan?)

@godlyfantasy12. Okay…so…I wasn’t done yet. xD I have ideas for more characters as more characters have been created or at least decided…so…without further ado…I present to you, @keilah-h, and @elishavet-pidyon, for my Fantasy AU…Isaiah and Yosef (and maybe a few others, lol. XD)
King Leon’s head advisor, Isaiah is well-known as a very wise man…
…but still…
…like Leon…
…not well liked because…
…well…
…he’s one of the Chosen Elves.
But…he doesn’t let that bother him.
The Light and The Annointed One created everyone for a purpose…
…even men like Lord Hans.
Isaiah’s older son, Judah, was killed by Hans a couple years back…
…but Judah is in a happier place…
…and Isaiah knows that hatred will change nothing and is wrong…
…so…
…he’s forgiven Hans…
…for killing his son.
And, The Light has kept him blessed with a wife, daughter, and another son, Yosef.
But when the Queen, Aadelheide, is suddenly killed…
…and her murderer is captured and brought before Leon…
…it becomes Isaiah’s duty to convince Leon to give the young slave man another chance.
Now…if only Leon would learn to forgive…

Yosef!
A young Elf boy, Yosef finds peace and beauty in Nature.
The things The Light and The Annointed One created…it’s beautiful.
Only 16, Yosef is in training to one day become one of King Leon’s knights.
William personally trains him, separately from the other men and boys Yosef’s age.
Yosef lives at the castle along with his father, the king’s aide, his mother, and his older sister, who will soon be getting married.
He couldn’t ask for anything more.
Well…
…except…
…for Judah back.
He and his older brother were very close…and Yosef misses him with his entire heart.
But he knows that everything happens for a reason…
…and that he has to forgive…no matter what.
So…he has.
He’s forgiven Lord Hans for killing his brother…
….and he’s finally at peace.
But forgiving someone is never easy…
…and Yosef still struggles…
…but The Annointed One will carry him through.

Julius!
The son of a grocer, Julius is one of the lowest class citizens.
Not to mention the fact that his father keeps spending almost all of the money on Alcohol and gambling.
Julius’ birth mother died in a house fire when he was young…and fires still terrify and trigger PTSD in him.
He couldn’t save her…and that’s haunted him his entire life since her death.
His stepmother and stepsiblings, though they don’t hurt him, don’t stop their husband/father when he abuses Julius.
In fact…they think he deserves it.
Having caught a deathly disease shortly after his mother’s death, everyone thought Julius was going to die….everyone else that had the disease had.
But…
…a miracle happened.
He didn’t die.
But his left leg was crippled…and Julius had to learn how to walk again.
Now…he’s seen as nothing more than a cripple…
…and he tries to hide the fact that he stumbles and trips a lot because his left foot isn’t as strong as his right.
Because his father beats him for his clumsiness.
He wants…needs out…and he finally has an oppurtunity when King Leon is looking for more knights.
Julius sneaks away from home and signs up.
Sure…being a knight isn’t easy…
…but at least he’s free from the clutches of his abusive father.
Well…
…for now…
…that is.

He divorced his first wife, Adinah, after he decided that the chosen elves were enemies of the kingdom…but he didn’t let her have his sons.
Rather, he kept the six boys…
…when Wolfgang was a baby…
…and soon…
…he fell in love again…
…with a rich widow woman…
…rich from the wealth her dead husband left her….
…and before long…
…they were married.
The two sons from Frida’s previous marriage came…
…and Felix loves them…
…even more than his sons…
…who are elves like their mother.
And he dearly loves the two girls he and Frida had…

…even more than his sons.
Frida may be harsh to his sons…
…but hey…
