Hahaha, hey, you probably did MUCH better than I would have. I’m definitely not the kind of gal who could survive in the wilderness very long. XD Aaaahh, I seriously admire you for making it through without wi-fi!!! You deserve ALL the chocolate for that! But YESS!!!! Sooo happy you survived!! I never doubted ya!! Okay, I might have a li’l bit. XD

YESS LOVE THAT QUOTE TOO!!!!!!!!!! <33

Thanks:) I’ll have to take stock of my chocolate stash to make sure I got enough after that XD

Actually I didn’t mind it too much, since I love the woods (and because my MC lives in a frigid cold forest herself). But yes, I’m glad to have the wi-fi back!

Haha, YES!!! VERY smart move!!! I’m pouting a bit over here, ’cause I made a ridiculous move to join in on my friend’s writing idea to give up sweets until we finish the first drafts of our WIP. I’m REALLY starting to regret that choice. You’d think it’d make me more motivated to write, but all it’s doing is making me act like a li’l kid. XD 😂 I don’t think I’m gonna survive!

Ooooh, that’s REALLY COOL!!!!! I really like stories set out in places like Alaska or somewhere that’s really cold don’t ask me why, so that’s just AWESOME!!!! Well, I’m glad you’ve got your wi-fi back, ’cause it’s not been the same around here without you!!!!! *hugs*

Aw, thanks:) It’s good to be back.
And yikes! No chocolate? I did that to myself during NaNoWriMo (it was brutal). However, I managed to survive trudging through that bleak chocolate-less month… barely. XD

            You can do it! 😉

THANKS!!!! Wow, well, I guess if you were able to do it than there might be a small amount of hope for me. XD

“In writing, your audience is one single reader. I have found that sometimes it helps to pick out one person – a real person you know, or an imagined person and write to that one.” – John Steinbeck.

Ooooh, I LOVE THIS QUOTE!!!!!! I’ve never thought about writing like that – for just one single person!

I hope y’all don’t mind if I jump in here, but it’s surprising that you say that, because I actually do that exact thing. Before I begin writing, I always think specifically of my friend Maya and pray that I can write for her.

If you guys don’t mind, can you pray for her, too? She has depression and attempted suicide recently.

I would really appreciate it 💗

“Read your work aloud! This is the best advice I can give. When you read aloud you can find out how much can be cut, how much is unnecessary. You hear how the story flows. And nothing teaches you as much about writing dialogue as listening to it.” – Judy Blume.

Ooooh, this is a REALLY GOOD QUOTE!!! And actually VERY good advice!!! I’ve really found reading aloud my stories TOTALLY helps me in editing sooooo much better than almost anything else!
