Aren’t big families super fun? You’re “violin-squeaking,” huh? I fiddle around with that instrument too, hoping to learn mandolin or dobrolin sometime.
My favorite vacation spot would be Walton’s Mountain Lodge in CO. 14 years ago this Spring our whole family went there with my uncle (who passed away from ALS later that year) and my brother’s girlfriend (now wife). That was the last vacation of all 11 together. We explored rail tunnels, rode horses, played pingpong, had fun in the hot tub, and went on mountain hikes. Our clan has since over doubled (with additions of spouses and kiddos); and I think it would be super fun to all go back to CO again.
2. My favorite Bible story is Jesus, specifically because He touched lepers, He chose fishermen, shepherds were invited to His birthday, Samaritans were welcome, and He rejoiced over sinners coming to Him.
If I could meet anyone, author, historical figure, Bible character, celebrity, etc., it would be Jesus, and I would want to ask Him what He wants me to do “when I grow up.”

Yes, they are. 😊
Yep! Lol. I play violin, it just doesn’t always come out sounding pretty. 😜
Cool!!

That sounds like so much fun!! Our family loves Colorado! It’s so pretty there! 😄

Awesome!! Jesus is incredible!! 🥰

Cool! The best thing is, we as Christians have the ability to communicate with our Heavenly Father and ask Him anything! 😊

March 11, 2023 at 1:40 pm #136427Great question! I’m actually a conlanger (conlang means constructed language). So Often before I come up with a character name, I make the language that character speaks first. I also think about the kinship system, and how that might influence how a child is named, along with surnames.
Yeah, Christian family adventures are always so sweet to read or watch!
Cool! I haven’t heard of either of those, I have to check them out!
Yes! Lewis is awesome! I personally am more of a Tolkien guy in worldbuilding style, however I do love to create allegories to divine truths I learn, and subtly apply them to my worlds.
Yay! Now we know the truth about the nature of tuckedness!
He is perfect in Justice, yet He is perfect in Mercy, even when we fail Him. For this, He is good.
March 11, 2023 at 4:15 pm #136445@janellebelovedpig That fanfic sounds awesome! I have a ton of Star Wars fanfics where the characters are half-dragon–I have a bunch of drawings of them on the art group.
Oh, and yes. I LOVE reptiles. Dragons, yes, but also real-life lizards and snakes–although I can see why finding a random snakeskin would be unnerving.
