I like the look of it!!

If we keep moving forward, we should start thinking about the logistics of keeping old roleplays or chat threads.

The importance of this is twofold. 1. KP might go under. We have no way of knowing if and when. 2. While I love this fresh start, much of the appeal on KP (at least for me) comes from more than just present day conversation. We do not want to hop to a new website without the essential elements that have kept this forum active.

If you kept one part of the forum history, what would it be? That’s what we should ask people.

Howdy! I think the site looks really good. I showed my siblings it too and they really like it—especially the spot for published books. I love the projects pages.

One thing I just ran into while looking at it on a laptop: The whole page is not visible, and it does not scroll. 

Really? It scrolls just fine for me. Was your mouse over the screen of the prototype itself when you tried scrolling?

Hmm… I don’t think there is going to be any easy way to import conversations from Kingdom Pen into a new website. I would need access to the KP database, and I don’t think that is going to happen. And when that database goes down, so will everything in it. You would have to manually copy and paste any conversations you want to keep. Unfortunately, unless we get an existing KP admin involved, it is what it is.

The prototype looks really good! I didn’t play around with it for very long, but from what I explored i like it!

Having this forum/website that’s actually ours and could be more active forum-wise and with a blog makes me excited! It seems like it’s going to be easier to use than KP atm, but like i said i didn’t spend a lot of time on there. Anyway, keep it going! I’m excited to see where this is headed!!

The prototype looks so good! I’m really excited. Especially for the projects feature. It was a little hard to see stuff on my tiny phone screen, but I can zoom in so that’s not really a problem at all.
