I think the chapter was good! Intriguing. I don’t really have any thoughts in a critical sense, and I’m not the best person to ask… but I do like it! The last part was pretty sad to read!

Most of Evan’s are from the letters of ww2 pilots, the “what are we waiting for” and “I know the other stuff was me” are direct lines from the book.
For Ron, the “finger on the trigger” one is from a song called Trigger from the soundtrack to the movie Terminal List. (I haven’t seen it, I just like the music.) The rest are things my dad says, A sniper I know, and a sniper who fought in Desert Storm.
All of Michael’s I made up.
Amber’s I made up too, though I may have heard one of them somewhere before……..
Brian’s are quotes from the book itself.
Jason’s are things my dad says, and things I made up.
I made up all of Jack’s.
And I made up all of Jonathan’s.
So, there you go!!
