At the word “combat”, Lois looked up. Moth had threatened the same thing at the sign-in desk, and Lois hadn’t been able to tell if he had meant it. Now, though, there was a subtle teasing look on the boy’s face. Flax had a surprised and slightly terrified look on his face which Lois found quite funny. He let a short breath out his nose, the closest thing to a laugh without actually laughing, and then shook his head at them.

“I see you know more about being a prince than I do. Perhaps you’ll change your tune in single combat.”
Flax’s body tenses at the word ‘Combat’. He glances up at the Moth boy, trying to decipher his expression.
“Combat?” Flax answers, gripping the sides of his chair while attempting to remain in eye contact. “Well- I’ll be honored for the chance if I get it and I doubt we will disappoint each other.”
Flax leans back in his chair and crosses his arms, satisfied. “I’ve seen these kinds of measly intimidation tactics before, trust me. Those who use them tend to be–”
Aren’t you getting ahead of yourself? You could be the weakest one here for all you know!
Flax’s tone drops slightly, but he maintains his demeaner. “–Weaker than expected.”
Flax feels a rock in his stomach, the feeling of instant regret.

Moth narrowed his eyes slightly, mouth still twitching. “I’ve been called weak for many reasons but that’s a new one. Maybe you’re right. It should be easy for you to take me down, you think?”

Ikr? Absolutely nothing could go wrong!! It’s not like there could be heated rivalries and violence while the adults aren’t looking. There’s absolutely no way that a bunch of high-strung young people with a lot of money might be sensitive. No chance at all.

It is still alive! There’s only a few of us here – me, Loops, Min, and Keilah, with a few other people who aren’t active.
This is an old RP (I joined it when I first joined KP years ago) and we actually restarted it on page 18.

I’m slightly foggy on everything because new characters came in and old ones vanished…. if you have a quick outline rundown of where things stand and who is still active that would be great!

Okay! Forget approximately one half of the whole thing. XD
It’s nighttime and the most of the students have arrived in individual carriages. It’s a giant mansion-style school, very beautiful, with a lot of windows and towers. Your character is greeted by a servant who gives him a key to his room, and each room is very decorated to fit the character. Your character doesn’t have to enter his room just yet because it’s dinner time.
Characters are in the dining hall where there are piles of food on long tables. Everyone’s taking seats and chatting.
My Moth Prince, Loops’ Lois Thorne, and Min’s Flax are sitting together and talking.
