@seekjustice Thank you for your sympathy. Oh, yes chocolate. Don’t even get me started. I miss it so much I might start rambling or talking in gibberish. Who knows. I have a feeling that I am slowly going insane. Each day brings on another torment. Tonight, we had corn muffins without butter. That was hard.

To recompense you have the supremely difficult task of figuring out just what ‘les miserables’ means in French. *scowl* And once you read that book I will likely be madder than you have ever seen if you still call it a…a DICTIONARY! *sobs and melts like a fragile emotional snowflake*@Emma-Flournoy *meekly goes to her room*
*returns an hour later* The literal meaning of “les miserables” is “the miserable ones” or “the miseries”.
