Oh ok. Yeah, I watched the movie. It was decent. I didn’t know there was a book of it.

This week my little brother and I have been rewatching The Hobbit trilogy, and we found the extended versions for free!! 😍 I forgot how good those movies are 😍😍😍

We were watching The Desolation of Smaug a few nights ago and neither of us had ever seen the part when Beyorn was cutting wood and Gandalf was trying to talk to him and tell him that they had dwarves in their company and they just filed out two by two with the chorus of “at your service”s…it was hilarious oh my goodness 🀣

I’m also currently reading “Lost Boys” by Darcey Rosenblatt for school, a book about the Iran-Iraq war of the 1980s…and it’s so interesting!! (and sad 😭)

Also, “Saving Amelie” by Cathy Gohlke…still reading it…and it’s just…πŸ’•πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ’•

Oh yes!! Oh, but fair warning, “Saving Amelie” has a few more…adult topics mentioned/discussed/hinted at, and in “Lost Boys” the main MC is Muslim, but it’s not, like, always talked about (at least so far) so just know what your parents would want you reading 😊

AHHH YAY! That’s so exciting! How do you like it so far? I would say both the movies and books have wonderful parts about them. They’re both equally good.

HAHAHA YES!!!! I love that part. I wish they kept that in the theatrical version!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ The extended editions of both the hobbit and lotr are SO good.

I rolled the log over and underneath was a tiny little stick and I was like, "That log had a child

I love it!! πŸ˜† The last time I tried to read LotR it bored me, so now I”m reconsidering rereading that since I’m enjoying the Hobbit so much. 😁
