      Girlllll, Words on Fire is so good!!!

      I love all of Jennifer Neilsonā€™s books. Sheā€™s a clean writer, but I donā€™t know if sheā€™s a Christian or notā€¦ Either way I love her books so much!!

          Yā€™know Iā€™ve avoided LOTR for a long time because of the scary monsters and what notā€¦ I think I might give it a try sometime though.

          Oh cool! Iā€™ve been curious about the studio Ghibli film on that for awhile because the animation and score are really good, but I read in the synopsis it has some weird spiritual stuff in it so I didnā€™t watch it. I know everyone has different preferences with that stuff. For some people it seems to be some kind of staple childhood animation šŸ˜‚

              Have you read the ā€œDear Americaā€ series? Each book is about a different kid in a different time period. I would loooove some good dystopian book recommendations!

              @freedomwriter76

              Im reading (well now im done) the ā€œLegend of Zelda, Twilight Princessā€ graphic novels (8 of them, I need the next!) They are so good! I just love the Legend of Zeldas, books and video games.

                      @everyone

                      I feel like I have to come clean about this

                      *takes a deep breath*

                      Iā€™m not a Tolkien fan

                      *Put hands out for handcuffs*

                      Soā€¦ Iā€™ve always found it boring

                      and truthfully Iā€™m not the biggest fantasy fan, (Chronicles of Narnia is the only one I really like) Soā€¦ Throw me in prison XD

                      On the topic of reading, Iā€™ve mostly havenā€™t been reading (truthfully Iā€™m not a huge book fan) *Gives another shameful look*  But my favorite series is ā€œSeries of Unfortunate Eventsā€ and I also really like ā€œNancy Drew Diariesā€ (which are just really corny mysteries)

                      butā€¦ feel free to send me hate mail

                      I just felt aI had to come clean

                      I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.ā€

                        @smiley No hate mail from me šŸ˜‚ I wasnā€™t interested in LOTR eitherā€¦but my friend finally convinced me to read The Hobbitā€¦and I fell in love XXDšŸ’–šŸ˜

                        Iā€™m not a huge fan of Fantasy eitherā€¦which is why I had low expectations for The Hobbit and LOTRā€¦but so farā€¦uhā€¦Iā€™m in love, lol šŸ˜‚šŸ˜

                        Welll, if you donā€™t like reading a whole lot in generalā€¦I can see why you wouldnā€™t like LOTRā€¦itā€™s a lot of words to get through, lol!!!

                        @lightoverdarkness6
                        Yesss, heā€™s amazing!!!! Hmm, Iā€™ll have to get back on you on that, lol!! Lemme read some more and also go back, then Iā€™ll share my fav Bilbo quote šŸ¤£šŸ’–šŸ˜šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‰āœØ

                        and thx, I thought itā€™d be fun!!!

                        And nope, donā€™t think Iā€™ve read or even heard of that oneā€¦I may need to check it out!!!

                          @smiley

                          Me either!! Tbh I got kind of bored with LOTR too šŸ˜‚šŸ˜… Iā€™m only like 30% through the fellowship of the ring, so maybe it gets better?  And Narnia is really good. I get that youā€™re not into fantasy really, I typically prefer other stuff too, but you should definitely check out KOTLC if you havenā€™t read it! It was one of the best fantasies Iā€™ve read, though the later books havenā€™t been as good, unfortunately šŸ˜’ Also I loved the Nancy Drew diaries when I read them!!!

                          @lightoverdarkness6

                          Oh, me either!! Iā€™ll have to check it out, thanks!!

                            @everyone

                            Sorry you guys, I think Iā€™m not getting your tags for some reason, I didnā€™t get @acancelloā€™s, or @lightoverdarkness6ā€™s, so if I donā€™t respond, thatā€™s why šŸ˜„šŸ˜’

                            Acancello

                            No, I havenā€™t heard of them, but Iā€™ll have to look them up! Some dystopian books ā€“

                            The Testing trilogy by Joelle Charbonneau is pretty good, but itā€™s a little violent ā€¦  she has another series, the first book is called Verify. I think that oneā€™s less violent and it had a really interesting plot, too šŸ˜‰

                            A lot of dystopian books are pretty violent, honestly. Thereā€™s the hunger games, maze runnerā€¦

                            Lunar Chronicles is amazing, itā€™s a lot of sci Fi tho, so idk if you like that šŸ˜… the author, Marissa Meyer, has a different series called renegades, thatā€™s like a sci Fi, dystopian super hero mix, which is really good too

                            I hope this helped!! Hopefully youā€™ll be able to find some good ones, Iā€™ll let you know if I think of any other really good ones, too!! šŸ˜‰

                            @freedomwriter76

                            Ahh just saw you tagged me too! Sorry lol, itā€™s either all going to spam or KPā€™s broken again šŸ¤”

                            I meanā€¦ book recommendations are always good šŸ˜‰šŸ˜… Yeah, honestly I havenā€™t been writing too much so Iā€™ve been reading a lot. Iā€™m trying to get back into writing tho! šŸ˜‚

                            Know of any christian historical fiction authors?? Besides you of course šŸ˜…šŸ˜‚
