      Girlllll,Β Words on FireΒ is so good!!!

      I love all of Jennifer Neilson’s books. She’s a clean writer, but I don’t know if she’s a Christian or not… Either way I love her books so much!!

          Y’know I’ve avoided LOTR for a long time because of the scary monsters and what not… I think I might give it a try sometime though.

          Oh cool! I’ve been curious about the studio Ghibli film on that for awhile because the animation and score are really good, but I read in the synopsis it has some weird spiritual stuff in it so I didn’t watch it. I know everyone has different preferences with that stuff. For some people it seems to be some kind of staple childhood animation πŸ˜‚

              Have you read the “Dear America” series? Each book is about a different kid in a different time period. I would loooove some good dystopian book recommendations!

              @freedomwriter76

              Im reading (well now im done) the “Legend of Zelda, Twilight Princess” graphic novels (8 of them, I need the next!) They are so good! I just love the Legend of Zeldas, books and video games.

                    Lotr is the best, I think you’ll really like it!! Yeah the movies can be scary at times, but they’re really good. The books are even better, imo!

                      @everyone

                      I feel like I have to come clean about this

                      *takes a deep breath*

                      I’m not a Tolkien fan

                      *Put hands out for handcuffs*

                      So… I’ve always found it boring

                      and truthfully I’m not the biggest fantasy fan, (Chronicles of Narnia is the only one I really like) So… Throw me in prison XD

                      On the topic of reading, I’ve mostly haven’t been reading (truthfully I’m not a huge book fan) *Gives another shameful look*Β  But my favorite series is “Series of Unfortunate Events” and I also really like “Nancy Drew Diaries” (which are just really corny mysteries)

                      but… feel free to send me hate mail

                      I just felt aI had to come clean

                      Do me a favor…. Tell Cress I meant it

                        @smiley No hate mail from me πŸ˜‚ I wasn’t interested in LOTR either…but my friend finally convinced me to read The Hobbit…and I fell in love XXDπŸ’–πŸ˜

                        I’m not a huge fan of Fantasy either…which is why I had low expectations for The Hobbit and LOTR…but so far…uh…I’m in love, lol πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

                        Welll, if you don’t like reading a whole lot in general…I can see why you wouldn’t like LOTR…it’s a lot of words to get through, lol!!!

                        @lightoverdarkness6
                        Yesss, he’s amazing!!!! Hmm, I’ll have to get back on you on that, lol!! Lemme read some more and also go back, then I’ll share my fav Bilbo quote πŸ€£πŸ’–πŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‰βœ¨

                        and thx, I thought it’d be fun!!!

                        And nope, don’t think I’ve read or even heard of that one…I may need to check it out!!!

                          @smiley

                          Me either!! Tbh I got kind of bored with LOTR too πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… I’m only like 30% through the fellowship of the ring, so maybe it gets better?Β  And Narnia is really good. I get that you’re not into fantasy really, I typically prefer other stuff too, but you should definitely check out KOTLC if you haven’t read it! It was one of the best fantasies I’ve read, though the later books haven’t been as good, unfortunately πŸ˜’ Also I loved the Nancy Drew diaries when I read them!!!

                          @lightoverdarkness6

                          Oh, me either!! I’ll have to check it out, thanks!!

                            @everyone

                            Sorry you guys, I think I’m not getting your tags for some reason, I didn’t get @acancello’s, or @lightoverdarkness6’s, so if I don’t respond, that’s why πŸ˜₯πŸ˜’

                            Acancello

                            No, I haven’t heard of them, but I’ll have to look them up! Some dystopian books –

                            The Testing trilogy by Joelle Charbonneau is pretty good, but it’s a little violent …Β  she has another series, the first book is called Verify. I think that one’s less violent and it had a really interesting plot, too πŸ˜‰

                            A lot of dystopian books are pretty violent, honestly. There’s the hunger games, maze runner…

                            Lunar Chronicles is amazing, it’s a lot of sci Fi tho, so idk if you like that πŸ˜… the author, Marissa Meyer, has a different series called renegades, that’s like a sci Fi, dystopian super hero mix, which is really good too

                            I hope this helped!! Hopefully you’ll be able to find some good ones, I’ll let you know if I think of any other really good ones, too!! πŸ˜‰

                            @freedomwriter76

                            Ahh just saw you tagged me too! Sorry lol, it’s either all going to spam or KP’s broken again πŸ€”

                            I mean… book recommendations are always good πŸ˜‰πŸ˜… Yeah, honestly I haven’t been writing too much so I’ve been reading a lot. I’m trying to get back into writing tho! πŸ˜‚

                            Know of any christian historical fiction authors?? Besides you of course πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚
