      Ahoy there, Esther.

Question first: I’ve been toying around with a few, but
The Scarlet Freedom is a favorite or just The Freedom.

Question second: My favorite OC is Mr. Daniels (Scarlet’s first mate and an old family friend)
But my favorite to write is Scarlet. I think because I subconsciously put my own personality into her character and I understand her best.

Question third: I want to travel the world, and I really want to see the Caribbean (my parents have been), but I think I would like to see New Zealand the most.

The Caribbean would be really cool!

Ah, yes, New Zealand!! 😆 I would love to visit there as well! 😄

Ahoy there! I’m… late. 😅 How come I didn’t see this until now?

Anyway, I be Solfyre! (Or Ava, or KyrontheArcanin, ye can call me pretty much anythin’ 🙂) I enjoy writing (obviously XD), reading, guitar-playing, dragons, wolves, cats, and a whole lot of other stuff. I write mainly fantasy but have been trying some sci-fi recently- which may or may not be going well. I be going into highschool this year, so maybe on the younger side for KP? Idk.

I have no dog because my mom is allergic, but I do have a cat and maybe ten fish, give or take.

Alright, now for questions! (Hopefully you haven’t been asked these yet)

            1. What be your favorite weapon? (Mine be a sword, if ye were wonderin’)

            2. What fictional character would you most like to be friends with?

            3. If ye could change one historic event, what would it be?

            4. If ye could learn one skill instantly, what would it be?

            5. And finally, (last question, I promise ye 🤣) what be worth sacrificing for?

I think what we’ve learned here is that I would make a terrible pirate. Ah, well. XD

              I LOVE THESE QUESTIONS!

              Question first:
I’d say I agree with ye on that one. (I’ve actually made me own before and named her Bellumterra)

              Question second:
              Edmund Pevensie, definitely.

Question third: I would never change a single historical event because everything happens for a purpose, matey.

              Question fourth: Swordsmanship

              Question last:
              Family, friends, and freedom.

                @she-is-a-pirate

                1. Swords be awesome! 🤣 Awesome name by the way. 🙂

(Ok, i’ll stop trying to be a pirate XD. It’s not working too well)

                2. Oooh, Edmund is so cool! Awesome choice. I might have to go with… hmmm… maybe Janner or Arthram Wingfeather from WFS.

                3. Yeah, I couldn’t think of one I would change either. I completely agree!!!

                4. My thoughts exactly!

                5. Great answer! 😃 Family, friends, freedom… all for the glory of God and his kingdom.

                See you around KP! 😉

Anyhoo, hi and welcome to KP! I’m Starshiness! Why does that suddenly feel like such a mouthful for one word?! Maybe I should start going by Star around here… we’ll see. Hopefully you’re not tired of random questions because I have a few more for ya 🙂

                  1. Favorite snack for writing sessions?

                  2. Favorite genre to read?

                  3. How did you first become interested in pirates/where did the inspiration for your WIP come from?

I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.

@she-is-a-pirate Scarlet and your WIP in general sounds soooo intriguing!!!! 😲🤩😍

                    I love the story!!!

But I am a Historical Fiction author…and a history nerd, so almost anything and everything that is set in a historical era makes me excited 😂

But your WIP sounds so interesting!!!!!!!!

                      Question first:
Something that isn’t messy so I don’t have 2 worry about it getting on my pencil or paper computer phone book that I am studying all at the same time (There’s already enough chaos going on when I’m writing.) I guess I don’t have a favorite snack for writing. I just eat whatever or sometimes nothing

                      Question second:
                      Fiction, definitely.
But I also like to study up on topics I’m interested in.
                      (pirates mostly)

                      Question third:
                      (I love this question)
I actually don’t really know how exactly I came to like pirates. They’ve just always fascinated me, and have always been a part of my life. From movies, to books, to games.

As for my inspiration for my book. I think it’s just my love for pirates that inspired me.

I read something once that said:
“If the book you want to read doesn’t exist, write it.”

                      And that’s what I’m doing.

                        Ahoy there, @she-is-a-pirate!

I’m Landri, a college nursing student/fiction fantasy writer/reader, and I dearly love fiction that takes place on the high seas. Have you read The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle by Avi by any chance? That is my favorite pirate story.

                        Questions (pirate edition)!

-If you could choose anyone to be your first mate, who would it be?

-If you could sail any ocean (real or imaginary) which would it be?

-Which is cooler: a peg leg or an eyepatch?

                        "To death or to victory"

Can’t says that I have ever read it, but thanky for telling me about it, mate. One can never have too many books the way I sees it (especially if it be speakin’ on the topic of pirates).

                          Question first:
My cousin (who is second in his love for pirates only to me and who I’m basing Scarlet’s first mate on)

                          Question second:
                          real – the Caribbean
imaginary – the Glistening Eastern Sea of Narnia

                          Question third:
A pegged leg (especially if it’s actually a bottle of rum) because truth be told a pirate didn’t commonly wear an eye patch for the purpose of missing an eye. Nay. They wore them so as they could see above deck with the one and see well below deck where it was dark with the covered eye.

                          Thanky, for yer questions, mate.
