Oh, did you not see the thing about Notion I posted above?
Notion is a notetaking software I would like to use for the planning team as it has some useful features in it. This will allow us to assign tasks to each other, share our work, and check the progress with each other. It’s more convenient than email in that way. Is that fine with you? I posted the link to it above.

I wanted to let you guys know about a girl named Eva who reached out to me using the forum I had made to get contact info from you guys who are interested in helping out. Mistaking her for one of you guys (again, all these ‘E’ names are confusing me), I added her, then she sent me this message (yes, I did get her permission to share this):

I wasn’t exactly trying to become a creator—especially since I wasn’t officially part of KP to begin with—but I’d love to help however I can. I do have experience with digital design 😉 and I’m really excited about the new site and what you’re building.
No pressure at all if you’ve already got things covered, I just wanted to reach out, say thanks, and let you know I’m happy to contribute if there’s a spot for me.

I told her I wasn’t quite sure about letting her help at the moment, but I was glad that she reached out. Maybe once we get to know her a little, I will allow her to help.
I find this motivating to get this new site going, because this is a reminder that there are people out there who want to join, and don’t have many ways of connecting with other Christian authors. (Unlike my sister, who can at least go through me.)
Another interesting thing to note. Are you familiar with Brett Harris? He, along with his twin brother Alex, is the author of Do Hard Things. He’s currently running a fellowship for Christian authors callled, Next C. S. Lewis. Are any of you attending that? Anyway, he sent out an email to everyone attending this listing his top resources for Christian authors, and Kingdom Pen was one of them! I wounder if this is how Eva found out about us. The fact is, that we may have many young authors trying to join, but can’t.
Here’s my question for you. Eva, my sister, and many others can’t join this community, and it will be some time before there is a new site they can join. So what are some ways we can include these people in the meantime?

Ok, sorry to add to the confusion, as I did not get Notion figured out yesterday. I will try again today. Mostly it’s getting the free time to sit and open stuff up.
Éva’s story is definitely an impetus. I hope we can open Kingdom Pen back up for others, even if it’s by proxy/substitute by making this other website.
I am a part of The Next C. S. Lewis Foundation, actually, lol. I wonder if Brett and the others know about the issues going on here. I know someone was going to contact Josiah DeGraff, but I don’t know if that went anywhere. Hmm. *gets lost in thought*
Anyway, yes! This makes me more excited to get the branch off community together.
