@kate-flournoy @seekjustice @lifeofkatie So, just making sure I’m not crazy here. My sister showed me around on Pinterest a couple days ago and it seemed like someone had to click on your pin to see your description to click on your link to go to your site.
Therefore, I want people to click on my pin, right?
That’s why I have that call to action section in the image. I was thinking about putting something there like: “Read the description for more on writing better.” Okay, probably not those exact words, but something like that.
Am I crazy or is that a good idea?

December 26, 2017 at 3:06 pm #57717@Daeus nope, not crazy. But in my experience you don’t even have to click on the link in the description; if you click on the pin, then click it again, it’ll take you back to the link embedded in it. And I think just about everyone knows that about Pinterest, so you might just end up stating the obvious.
December 26, 2017 at 3:21 pm #57718@kate-flournoy Ah, well not everybody knows it, obviously. ππ
Maybe I should substitute that with a tagline then, like, “take your writing to the next level.”

December 27, 2017 at 10:46 am #57783@daeus – What @kate-flournoy said…clicking on the pin and then clicking on it again takes you to the desired website π And I like your tagline!
December 29, 2017 at 10:31 am #58199Okay, I believe I’ve got the final design down. Let me just do a survey on the tagline.
Which of these do you like best?
- Learn to write better
- Take your writing to the next level

@daeus Hmm, I like #2 better personally. It seems more inspiring…but that might just be me.
