You know those /really/ cheesy scenes in movies and books when someone says something like, “Uh, guys, I’m still here you know…”
Yeah, I’m not gonna say that.
August 28, 2015 at 1:55 pm #5185So apparently Singapore isn’t the most hospitable place ever, but it must have something going for it. How are its moral and economic trends? Is it a socially free place? Does it have a constitution? Is it a republic, a democracy, a monarchy, what?

Yeah, Iβm not gonna say that.
… because in the really cheesy movie scenes, they are usually insulting that character. Not complimenting them.
August 29, 2015 at 12:32 pm #5202Yep @Kate I spell colour as colour because without the u it looks colourless. And all those other stuff. Those words ARE actually spelt like that dear. British was there before American and that Noah Webster whom I really don’t like.
That’s not true about the K and C about Katherine. I much prefer Katherine to Catherine. If you have read Anne of Windy Willows you would know why. π
And Ezra, don’t be hurt!! I wanna be your friend! Moose antlers and all.
August 29, 2015 at 12:39 pm #5203Did you mean Anne of Windy Poplars? By Lucy Maude Montgomery? Why— because ‘a C always looks so smug’? π

I know it’s a compliment.
The discussion was still awkward.
And Ezra, donβt be hurt!! I wanna be your friend! Moose antlers and all.
*Sniffle* I’m touched.
