Hey y’all!
I’m looking for 2 or 3 people to give me feedback on a crucial scene from my novel, Where Faith Remains. It’s a scene in which Russell (my main character’s father) explains to Eliza (his seven-year-old daughter) about the chemotherapy treatment he’s having to undergo for cancer. I need feedback on whether their conversation seems realistic for Eliza’s age, basically. If you’re interested, just reply and let me know, and I’ll send the scene to your email (make sure you’re comfortable with providing that to me, of course! 🙂 ). Thanks in advance!

Sure, girl! I’d LOVE to help you out if I’m able! (Conversational scenes are some of my favorite so I’m very excited!!!!) Anyway, the email you know of mine works great for me (I’d rather not put it here where everyone can see it, but if you don’t remember it, then I can share my author email instead.)

Just thought of something. Would you be comfortable sharing your email through a Google form (where only I could see it)? If you’re good with that, I could send the scene to you that way! @joy-caroline. Sorry, but girl, actually scratch that. (what I said above) When I really thought about it, I’m still not really comfortable sharing my email. 😅 Sorry. I’d love to, but still not really comfortable with it. (maybe when I get an author email one day. 😊)
