Haha *snorts* Gasp. Wow! *chokes on apple that she’s eating* cough, cough. Oh my goodness. You guys are so creative. I’m terrible at limericks. And I used to have to write them all the time for my school work. π
March 10, 2016 at 9:34 pm #9987Once upon a time there was a tinker,
Everyone called him quite the thinker,
He thought without pausing,
Til his smell was appalling,
Now everyone calls him quite the stinker.March 10, 2016 at 10:37 pm #9990I was out for a walk with my dog.
But we got lost in the fog.
Oh what should I do?
I was feeling so blue.
So I just sat down on a log.March 11, 2016 at 8:27 am #9995@bluejay, Haha, I like it! You’re not terrible at limericks at all. π

Whose sisterβs name was Bonnie,
She was so wee,

March 11, 2016 at 10:21 am #10007@kate-flournoy, Ooo! I like it. By the way, you don’t have to ask about giving me feedback. Feedback helps me grow as a writer, and I’m always looking for people who are willing to give it. π
March 11, 2016 at 10:32 am #10008Well hey, that’s good to know @gretald! That’s how I am too— but I just wanted to make sure I didn’t offend anyone who maybe didn’t feel that way. π
*clears throat importantly, glares around with red pen poised quivering in clenched fingers* Next?

March 11, 2016 at 12:00 pm #10014There once was a garbageman fair
Who had sparkling teeth and blond hair
He never quite knew
Why young ladies said “Eeew”
And the ones that really liked him were rare.March 11, 2016 at 12:17 pm #10017Oh boy that made me laugh @writefury! Poor guy… π π π
March 27, 2016 at 7:50 pm #10337There once was a lizard called Ted.
Who lived in an old tin shed.
His head was dark blue,
And his tail was too,
But he wished that they had been red. -
