Prince Leander and Arnan
Leander had an embarrassed look on his face. He completely took Gabriel the wrong way. And now he was playing the goat. “Sorry…” Leander cleared his throat and apologized.
“Okay! It’s my turn!” Arnan stood proudly. “Your turn for what?” Leander perked his head. “To be asked the question! Why do I wear a mask?”

Arnan giggled. “Wrong! Strike one! I am no fool! I have much respect for others around me! But I do love the way your tongue works! Leander’s is bland. Yours is full of marvelous vocabulary!” Arnan makes gestures as he talks.
“This is stupid.” Leander says while scratching the back of his head. “Arnan, normally I like you… but today is not one of those days.” Leander furrow’s his brow. “Try guessing Leander! Why do I wear a mask?!” Arnan jumps up.
“I don’t know! To hide your ugly face!?” Leander snaps. “Wrong again! Barnes, do you think you know?!” Arnan leans closer to Barnes.

“So you missed what happened at the entrance? With the purple ball thing and that obnoxious elf guy?” Felicity decided not to make any further comment on her confusion at my words.
“I guess.” I said. “I just showed up here. No guide, no explanation, nothing.”
Obnoxious elf guy. She didn’t mention any wings, so not Merasmus, presumably. At least that meant I didn’t have to deal with him.
Unfortunately, that also significantly lessened the chances of any of the rest of my team being here.

“Huh. Must have gotten lost in the fog.” Felicity looked carefully at the stranger. Now that she thought about it, going off on her own hadn’t been the wisest decision. She had been attacked almost immediately, and there were likely other more dangerous things lurking around the maze. She would need friends in order to get through.
“I’m Felicity. We should probably stick together. What’s your name?”

“I’m Jaylen,” I said, “but my friends–well, my teammates, anyway–they call me Huntress. It’s a long story. You can use either one.”
She didn’t need to know any more than that for now.

Like, imagine if Sniper just randomly shows up, and Felicity assumes he’s just another monster from the maze cause y’know, SIX FOOT TWO CROCODILE-TAILED MAN, and Huntress is like “Ha, actually, that’s my boyfriend and he’s really a decent guy when you’re not on his list of targets, so can you maybe not attack him please?”

But that wouldn’t work…. They don’t share ANY memories, so that wouldn’t work… Let’s just say when Barnes told him to write some stuff on his arm he also wrote Barnes’ name…?
Arnan and Leander
“Then I guess you’ll never know!” Arnan shrugged. “He’s Arnan, or Cassius really… of course he knows what that means!” Leander whispered back.
“Fine! Since you’re all so anxious to know! I shall tell you! I wear this mask as a friendly way to let all know that I am a friend! That I’m trust worthy!… But I also wear this mask for one more reason… to hide my insecure side… I-” Cassius sighs, and slowly takes off his mask. “I guess I’ve woken myself up…” Cassius tired and monotone voice returned. “I guess you guys meat my other…” Cassius scrunched up his nose as he thought of a proper word to use. “Diseases.” He finally said.
Leander sighed. “Hey Cassius… and yeah. They met your other personalities.” Leander seemed shrugged. “Hm… They are not personalities… they are plagues. They make me look insane. They make others uncomfortable.” Cassius looks away. “WAIT! How are you… You?” Leander asked. “If I’m brought back to my senses… I’ll be me again… I was made aware when that roach, Arnan, asked the question… why does he wear a mask… He wears it to mask my insecurities… to hide away my shame of being born with this awful torture… I can’t even help it… I can’t even share memories with them… And that is my guess why I have the writing on my arm.” Cassius held up his arm to show the others. “Because one of them wrote it… so I would know where I am… and who you are.” Cassius takes one last sigh, before turning away from them.

Okay! Let me just clarify something! Cassius isn’t “acting” as Arnan. He IS Arnan! It’s confusing. When Cassius switches to Trisan or Arnan, he fully can’t remember anything that happened while being either of those two. It’s lost forever for him, but not for Arnan or Trisan. Cassius isn’t, “pretending to forget” or “pretending to believe he’s these two different people” They fully believe they are themselves! They fully believe they are separate people. Try as hard as you like, they can’t remember anything that the other two people may have in their memory. It’s confusing, but all you need to know is, (this is an example) say Barnes says to Arnan: “I love tacos! ^D^” And Arnan has in his memory forever (as long as he doesn’t forget) that Barnes loves tacos! but say he switches to Trisan, then Trisan would have no idea that Barnes even knew what a taco was! And that goes for all three. But say he switches back to Arnan, then Arnan will still remember, “Barnes loves tacos!”
I know, it’s confusing! LOL!
