Yaayyy!! Yes, I have!! And I’ve read most of her books, I think. It’s been a long time, but the memories just suddenly flooded back into my mind this evening. Flora & Ulysses has got to be her strangest book. XD
Yesss, finally someone else has read it!! Indeed, it is a very strange book but so good. I haven’t read her other books, but are they all kind of in the style of Flora and Ulysses?

Uncounted times in my life I have entered the children’s section of our library and seen The Tale of Despereaux sitting in it’s place, displaying that adorable cover. I wanted to read it for that cover, but somehow I never have.
I think we saw the movie (or something like it enough that my brain is confused) at my aunt’s house. It was…weird. the art, the voices, the everything — I don’t really remember the story line besides a general uncanny creepiness.
