@dragon-snapper My horse riding instructor is American, and she just adds ‘yes?’ to the end of every sentence. I can’t say I’ve ever really thought of Americans having slang words.
July 30, 2017 at 9:47 pm #38460@holly-nelson-gray Really? I always thought that was a British thing…

@dragon-snapper I thought it was French! XD
July 30, 2017 at 9:50 pm #38462Me too… kinda like Canadians and “eh?” @dragon-snapper @holly-nelson-gray
I’m not sure if Aussies do this, but some people (and I’m guilty of this myself) say “like” at the end of everything, or in the middle of speaking, or whenever they can’t think of anything else to say. It’s like, totally like, weird.

July 30, 2017 at 9:53 pm #38471And yes, I do that too, without realizing it. Maybe it’s the lazy American accent. 😛

July 30, 2017 at 9:55 pm #38473California? Never been there. But I can tell you that Canadians do, honest to goodness, say “eh” after almost everything. @dragon-snapper

July 30, 2017 at 10:01 pm #38475@that_writer_Girl_99 The stereotype, I guess. But I think now that it can’t be a stereotype because I know that I do it more than not. 😛

July 30, 2017 at 10:09 pm #38479Hm, I wonder if @christi-eaton would be annoyed if I tagged her to answer that question. @holly-nelson-gray
