I was wondering, which of my convictions do you disagree with? Just from a purely curious standpoint. I’m not going to throw a bunch of arguments at you (unless you enjoy that sort of thing 😂)

No, I definitely don’t want to get into a debate but in my opinion, God can speak through visions and angels and other things I also think that it’s important to test spirits. If that makes sense lol

Have you listened to the Odyssey episodes “Malachi’s message” Basically I mean prayer, the same way God shows you what to do when you pray to him. It’s not easy for me to explain but It’s just my opinion but if you don’t mind I prefer not to talk about theologies anymore I’m not mad or anything I just prefer not to

I have not heard that episode… I understand if the topic is a bit too touchy for conversation. I mean, I don’t understand personally (because I’ve never really had trouble talking about our beliefs and how we define them), so I’m sorry if I come off too pushy or anything. This stuff really fascinates me. If you don’t want to talk about it, that’s your decision, and I respect that decision 100%.

Jumping in here. I think I’m leaning more towards your side @whalekeeper I believe visions from God aren’t a thing in the present. They were a thing but after the apostles died, God stopped speaking to people in visions and dreams. That was not directed at you at all @Smiley but I enjoy talking openly about my beliefs too @whalekeeper I do believe angels can manifest themselves as humans and that they sometimes reveal themselves to other people. I’ve heard so many stories from close people about hard things happening and an angel helps them but they don’t realize it until later after they’ve disappeared. Sorry if I got confused with your comment @whalekeeper correct me if I got it wrong. Lol Anyway, that’s my 2 cents. 😆

Looking back on your comment @whalekeeper we are actually very similar in our beliefs. I also believe God chooses the Christian and that we shouldn’t be adding or taking away from the scriptures. The only big thing we probably disagree on is baptism I’m guessing. I guess I never thought about AIO that way. I’ll be listening to it through different ears now (get the reference? Lol).
