You asked how to quote things and edit. In order to quote, you type the quote, then highlight the quote with your cursor and click the (“) button on the top panel. To edit your post after posting, you’ll see an “edit” sign on the top right corner of your post. If you click that you can edit and re-submit.
You didn’t ask about pictures, but it’s done pretty much the same way uploading is done everywhere else: click the picture button – it’s the farthest one to the right – and up will come a browser button which you can use to open saved files on your computer.

No, not really. I like looking up the designs of historical fashion to help with my writing, but I’m not an expert on it.

@notawriter I’m obviously not @aislinn-mollisong (and if you wanted her answer, not mine, just ignore the sentence below) but I can tell you what the Aetherlight is! It’s a Christian computer game that retells the story of the Bible in steampunk version! There are quests, puzzles, and friends. (Also, the forums are a trampoline of craziness and love. ;D )I'm an ENFP-J, and I love chocolate and books. Among other things.
