Well, I would say yes, now that depends on what you qualify a sandwich as. I would say what makes a sandwich a sandwich is a piece of two of bread with something in between, so in my definition that would make a hotdog a sandwich. (Also, this defuses the discussion of weather or not a taco is a sandwich due to the fact that there is no bread)
