Oh, that is such a good moment! I haven’t finish a lot of writings yet, but it is so good to be finish with something! And yes that break is so lovely. ^_^
Oh, yes, I do too! Oh, awesome! It is so true that an ending can make or break the story! Endings are so important. It is interesting a good ending to an ok book can you make you read more. At least that happened to me once or twice.
Oooh, I should really join in it then!
That’s cool. I technically have several WIPs in the works since I’m constantly playing around with them. I’m just not writing them at the moment. I’m just focusing on writing my current WIP and the short story that I decided to start recently! XD It is just a side project and not a thing I’m in a hurry to finish.
Oh, that synopsis is really good! This story sounds so intriguing!

Hi! Thank you! Yes, you do! Thank you so much for the follow! Your blog is on my long list of blogs to check out when I have free time. I’m sure I will follow it. When I visited, it looked really awesome!
Haha, yes, of course, I do. Well, I actually bought a copy for myself a few months ago since I have been dying to read it for ages. I heard it was really good and I knew I needed to read it! I’ll push it up on my TBR so I think I will be reading it soon! Oh, wow, even more reasons to read it!
Haha, all of us can with the books we love! Yes, see you around later!

Thanks! I have had very little free time lately, so I totally get that. 😂
YAY! You have no idea how happy it makes me when people say they’re gonna read it. I just LOVE that book and I know you’ll absolutely love it, too. I am so excited for you to read it! Be sure to let me know all your thoughts, there’s nothing I enjoy better than talking about Mockingbird.
January 29, 2021 at 12:01 pm #90905@joy-caroline You with To Kill a Mockingbird reminds me of how @gracie-j is with Gone With the Wind. And personally, I would be like that with East of Eden if I wasn’t so worried about content XD

Lol! I guess we all have those books we are obsessed with and want everyone else to be obsessed, too.
January 29, 2021 at 12:53 pm #90917Ooh, Luner Chronicles! It’s been awhile since I’ve read it, but I remember really enjoying them. I think I read Cinder in one day. XD Do you have any favorite characters from the series? Which book is your favorite?
Your friend is so talented! Do you ever write stories together?
January 29, 2021 at 6:54 pm #90936Hi! Thank you! I’m Miranda or Ribbon Ash, depending on where you may go on the blogosphere. I don’t know if you’re a blogger or you read blogs, but I’m known as both names. You can call me whatever name you like. ^_^ Yes, fantasy and fiction! Those are so my areas! I’ve written some poetry but it didn’t really click with me. I really appreciate and admire people who write poetry! It is such a lovely and unique art form. Oh, I know what you mean! While fantasy is my main thing, I do have some ideas that not fantasy at all. Like Dystopian. Most of my ideas are fantasy but I have three or four ideas for dystopian that dystopian is slowly becoming another area that I will write in a lot in. But I also have ideas that are not dystopian or fantasy at all too.
Its title is Our Scattered Ashes. I might tweak it when I figure out the titles for the other books in the series.
Oh, good question! I think my very favourite setting would be ones where I can work in so many different elements, like, for example, having different humanoids species, having mythical creatures from myths be part of your story (maybe add in your own creation or two) and creating several different environments, both natural and man-made. It is so fun to these layers of the world long with the histories and culture that pops up naturally as you develop the above mentioned things. I love seeing a world becoming bigger and bigger with each brainstorming session. So settings big on depth of the world are such a favourite just because it is fun and cool and I love seeing the puzzle pieces come together. This is pretty general, but I can’t be more specific.
Thanks! Yay, I’m glad! ^_^
Oh, yes, finding time is something I know too well. I really hope you do find the time you need to write!
@joy-caroline
Oh boy, time is slightly evil to me. It stops me from doing all of the things I want to do now! I honestly hope that soon I could properly look around… Here’s to hoping!
I’m glad. ^_^ I actually got excited myself when I first heard you mention To Kill a Mockingbird since it is literally a book I wanted to read for a long time and I actually have a copy of it and I now can just pick it up and read it! (I would pick it now if I didn’t have a library book to read or unfinished books I really want to finish.) Yess, I will tell you all about my thoughts cause I’m sure I will have thoughts.
I’m glad you enjoyed them! Oh, wow, that’s impressive! I could never read a book that size in one day. Oh, yes, quite a few! I love Cinder, Kai, Iko and Wolf the best, but I also love Scarlet, Cress, Winter and, reluctantly, Throne and Jacin. They are pretty good characters and they do such a nice of them but they annoyed me sooo much. I really didn’t like Jacin for a long time. He is my least favourite of the favourites. XD Cinder is my favourite, but Cress is pretty close to being the top favourite as well.
Yes, he is! No, we don’t, and I don’t think we ever will. We are both pretty solo with writing and thinking up of ideas. We are also pretty different so the story ideas we think up of would be hard to put together into one story.

YAY! I can’t wait to hear what you think!
January 29, 2021 at 7:59 pm #90965@ribbonash 😀 Yes, newbies unite!!!😄 Haha, yes, Smoke is, indeed, getting famous at Teen Writers’ Nook! I think his name is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Awesome! What first inspired the idea for your WIP? And what is an interesting fact about Smoke? Oooh, I love creating worlds, characters, and plots too!!! I love how unique and creative fantasy worlds can be. When I get a story idea, characters are usually what come to me first and then I build a world around them. Fantasy is just so much fun!!!

Fall in love with JesusJanuary 29, 2021 at 9:50 pm #91018I know what you mean, I love seeing all the pieces coming together in a story too. I’m not a blogger really, but I like reading other writers’ blogs. It’s always fun to see the unique style of each author:)
January 30, 2021 at 8:19 pm #91058Hello!!! You’re here too! I’ve got to say that, as you can already see, KP is the greatest, most welcoming place on the internet!

January 30, 2021 at 8:37 pm #91062Hi! Yes, I am! I was wondering if you were here too. Yes, it is! Everyone I’ve met is so welcoming and I really appreciate that they took the time to say welcome and ask questions to get to know me. It’s great. ^_^
January 30, 2021 at 8:56 pm #91064Huh. I wrote a reply to @mkfairygirl and @abigail-m but I can’t find here. When I go on my profile and look at my activity, it is there. I’m not sure what is having here, but the forum says I replied but not showing up. It might be just me who can’t see this, which I hope so.
January 30, 2021 at 9:28 pm #91069@ribbonash Hmm, that’s weird. I don’t see your reply here either. But no worries, I still have the email notification so I know what you said.
🙂 Yes, his popularity is growing higher everyday! Ooooh, THAT IS SO COOL HOW YOU GOT YOUR STORY IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😀 Smoke is not his real name?!?!?!?!😮 I literally would have never guessed that. That is beyond incredible!!! Now I’m curious what his real name is. Is his name a big secret in the story? I love it when there are characters who keep their name a secret. Oooh, I am sooo curious why he chose to become a cyborg.
I’m with you there. Creating is my favorite thing EVER!!!! I know, right?! I feel like there are no limitations when creating for fantasy. Yes, a fellow character first writer!!! *high-fives*
