My short story is about a thief/occasional assassin??/con-artist named Jade who is sent to a frozen moon to kill a monster — a giant blue lizard with a human brain and some surgical alterations to make him walk on two legs — and to make things more complicated, Jade is trying not to mourn the loss of his brother who was “killed” in an explosion that ruined much of Jade’s right side (this job he’s sent to do is supposed to content the scientists that sent him to do this because they patched him up gratis to test some prototypes.
Out of curiosity, have you ever read the Dune series by Frank Herbert? My dad loves it and with the movie and all, I feel tempted to check it out.

No, I haven’t read Dune but I want to! And I’ve heard great things about it.

1. I don’t drink much of either. But if I had to choose, it’d be tea.
2. I’m not a very athletic person, so sports aren’t my favorite (I much prefer writing!).
3. I am a hardcore outliner! I love to know every little detail before I start writing. 😉
