@salome01w4g Yay! I don’t like cats either! *does a dance*
I love dogs too.
Salome–for some reason, that sounds familiar to me. Is there a story behind it?- This reply was modified 7 years, 4 months ago by Snapper.

August 8, 2017 at 5:04 pm #39343@salome01W4G I am ‘stremely late, but welcome! My brother, Daeus, writes historical fiction too. 😀 I write historical stories – is that what they’re called? Right now I’m ‘in the middle’ of writing a true story – my great-grandpa’s, in fact. I believe most of us on KP are homeschooled. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 Which is really awesome. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 You’ve most likely been asked already, but what’s your personality type, do y’know?

Really? your late? Thank you! Idk I call it Historical fiction novels. 😀 That sounds really neat, I wish I had something Non-fiction to write about but alas my life is boring. ;P
No I haven’t been asked, which I don’t know. Is that a KP thing?~I don’t know what I’m doing~
August 9, 2017 at 2:28 pm #39506@Salome01W4G Ah yes, that does make sense. But I think you’ll like it. 😉

August 9, 2017 at 3:24 pm #39559@Salome01W4G Nice! Sounds like a solid premise with a lot of potential for foil characters & situations (which happen to pretty much be my favorite thing if you haven’t seen me writing about them yet. 😉 )

August 9, 2017 at 5:18 pm #39607@salome01W4G No, anyone can take the test and find out what their personality type is here:
http://www.16personalities.com It’s so cool! If you take it, though, make sure to take time to answer each question as truthfully as possible, and the results will be VERY accurate – and spooky too! 😀 😀August 9, 2017 at 7:08 pm #39632
@kina-lamb
I got INTJ-t which is weird I wouldn’t consider myself introvert at all~I don’t know what I’m doing~
August 9, 2017 at 7:11 pm #39633pardon my ignorance, what are (is) foil characters & situations?
😀 I am not familiar with very many writing terms.~I don’t know what I’m doing~
August 10, 2017 at 4:20 pm #39803@salome01w4g No problem! I wrote an article on the subject a while back if you want to check it out: https://kingdompen.org/foil-characters-what-they-are-and-how-to-use-them/ Basically it’s when you create a combination of similarities and differences between two characters (or two situations) in order to draw attention to them as a pair so the audience naturally compares and contrasts them.

I feel like I just read something in Spanish but I’ll read the article and try to figure it out! 😀 Thanks!~I don’t know what I’m doing~
August 13, 2017 at 11:33 am #40286@salome01W4G That is weird, but did you look on the side where it shows the percentages of the results? Maybe you’re only 51% introvert and 49% extrovert!
August 13, 2017 at 2:30 pm #40290Yeah I think that was it but I can’t remember. 😀

August 13, 2017 at 3:36 pm #40300@salome01W4G Yay! Another Hannah! There are a lot of us, you know. We’re well on our way toward a successful takeover of the world by Hannahs. (Bwahaha!)
Hi, by the way! Historical fiction is a fun genre. I admire anyone who can manage it. I tried once, but it was too hard for me to stick to the facts, so I switched to fantasy. 🙂
By the way, I’m homeschooled too. Welcome to Kingdom Pen! (even though my welcome is a little late)YA Fantasy Writer
