Okay, folks, so I’m attempting to create a blog and I’m struggling pretty hardcore currently with coming up with a title.
Here’s the basic premise: I’m planning on it kinda being a slice-of-life kind of blog where I post random philosophical ramblings or whatever else happens to come to mind. I love unruled index cards; as of right now, I use them for random act of kindness notes as well as building my word wall. The metaphorical reason I came up with after the fact is this: they’re small, so you have to make the words count; they’re unruled, so the possibilities for what they accomplish or what you write have no limits; and they were created to help people remember important things. So I kinda want a title that plays off of the notecards and metaphors; preferably kinda short.
Here are some that I’ve come up with so far:
From My [insert container here] of Notecards (or Index Cards)
My [insert container here] Full of Notecards (or Index Cards)So help me maybe? XD The more metaphoric the better! 😉 Thanks y’all!
"When enemies attack your kingdom you don't flee you show them why it's your kingdom. With your lightsaber."

limitless thoughts on limitless stuff.
The winged notecard.
Magic box of notecards
Lines on an unruled notecard
My note cards – lots of them…um, maybe I can think of something better.

April 2, 2016 at 6:52 pm #10642Sweet! It’s about time you got a blog, @spradlin! 😉
Hmm… Notecards & Novelists maybe? I’ll keep thinking.April 2, 2016 at 7:20 pm #10645@zoe-wingfeather Awwww! Thanks, girl! I’ll post it here as soon as I make it. 😀
@writefury 😀 Gotta stick them poetic musings somewhere. ;D I like the alliteration with that one. What about “Writing My Themesong” or something and I could make a connection to the “notes” on a piece of music, ‘cuz I like music too. xD Or is that too much of a reach?
"When enemies attack your kingdom you don't flee you show them why it's your kingdom. With your lightsaber."
April 2, 2016 at 7:49 pm #10650Eh… that might be a bit of a reach. 😉
Let’s see. *waits for bolts of inspiration from the blue*
*still waits for bolts of inspiration from the blue*
*continues to wait for bolts of inspiration from the blue*
*concludes that there is no such thing as a bolt from the blue, and as for inspiration, it is a fallacious fairytale our teachers tell us about, and of which poets supposedly hoard an endless supply*
‘Notes of a Nutty Novelist’
‘Thinking on Paper’
‘The Inspired Notecard’
‘Noteworthy Musings’
‘Inky Notes and Inspiration’… I think I’d better hand over the shovel before I dig myself any deeper. 😛
April 2, 2016 at 7:54 pm #10651@kate-flournoy LOL! Yeah, I kinda figured as much.
Ooooooooo. I really like “Noteworthy Musings.” Definitely getting closer. 😀 It has a pun. I am a huge proponent of puns. xD
"When enemies attack your kingdom you don't flee you show them why it's your kingdom. With your lightsaber."
April 2, 2016 at 8:02 pm #10656WAIT WHAT NO @SPRADLIN REALLY??? I can’t imagine why… 😛
April 2, 2016 at 8:09 pm #10657@kate-flournoy LOL!
What about “Say Something Noteworthy”?
"When enemies attack your kingdom you don't flee you show them why it's your kingdom. With your lightsaber."
April 2, 2016 at 8:50 pm #10663Hm, yes @spradlin… though that might more denote (get it? Denote? *sigh* Okay, that was really bad) a… community for sharing noteworthy thoughts than a blog of just one person’s noteworthy thoughts.
I don’t know… thoughts?
Yes. I did just use ‘thoughts’ way too many times in one paragraph.
April 2, 2016 at 9:26 pm #10668Sticky Notes.
Notes of Harmony
Whole Notes
Notes from a Composer
(So those above involve music. I’ll see if I can think of some different ones later) 😀April 2, 2016 at 9:45 pm #10669@kate-flournoy Very punny. ;D But yeah. Darn. I agree. *continues to think*
@bluejay Ooooo. I like Sticky Notes. 😀 What if I called it “Staccato” and then had the metaphorical explanation of writing notes that stand out/are different? Or something with staccato? Or is it reaching again? xD"When enemies attack your kingdom you don't flee you show them why it's your kingdom. With your lightsaber."
