So, yeah, Izre wouldn’t survive a black hole, but if Glace created one, everything in an unfathomably large radius would be sucked in and destroyed, including him, unless he were able to create one from millions of miles away, which would require him to be on a different planet, and probably a different solar system. Our sun is…93,000,000 miles away I think. A black hole is much much larger than the sun. I don’t know how many times. So even if you made a black hole at the distance of the sun, the entire planet would probably be with in the event horizon, resulting in death force everyone.
True, a real black hole acts that way, but think of a synthetic weaponized miniature black hole. I still don’t understand exactly how it works (I zoned out as Cgecko was explaining it) but I do know that the idea was a black hole that could kill an individual and then be put back in the container the user has for it.
Also, even if it was a real black hole, if the circumstances were dire enough, he would sacrifice his life, and the lives of many for what he thinks is the “greater good” that’s just how Glace works.

In a sci-fi universe you could have a technology that imitates the way a black hole works on a smaller level, but technically, you can’t have a “miniature” black hole. A black hole is by definition incredibly massive–massive enough that light isn’t fast enough to escape its gravitational pull. You could theoretically have a black hole with small volume, but it’s going to have a ridiculously high density in that case, because if it doesn’t have enough mass, it won’t be able to pull in light, which would make it not a black hole. But sure, you could have a technology that imitates that by creating a strong gravitational pull.

I assumed so XD.
