I’ll introduce my charrie, but I’ll wait to actually RP for him, so the other characters have time to adjust and react to Igua and Izre showing up.
Klethen
Klethen is of average height and build. He has unruly dark brown hair which often obscures his face. A patch covers one eye, which is pure black (the whole eye, pupil, iris, and sclera). His other eye is pale gold. He usually has a glyph inked on his forehead. He’s a young adult.
His clothing is mostly tan, red, and gold in color. He wears fingerless gloves that are open on the palm, and his shoes are like a cross between boots and sandals, with no toe to allow him to trace portals on the ground with his feet (see below). He carries a satchel full of whatever random stuff he happens to be carrying at the time.
He can open portals with his hands (or feet) basically by tracing the outline on a surface (most surfaces will work, but some are better than others) though it has to be a generally geometric shape. Opening portals isn’t the hard part. It’s closing them. Once a portal is open, it wants to stay open and has to be forced shut. Creating a portal can leave a scar where the portal was ‘stitched’ closed, which can open back up (especially if it was made on a bad surface or just a poorly made portal.
Klethen carries a sword (Is anyone surprised at this point?) which is more like a flat piece of dull metal. The edges of portals are extremely sharp, so all he needs to do is run his hand over the edge of the sword to create an incredibly fine portal that can cut like a razor. The sword is made of a specific metal that makes a very good surface for portals,
Personality-wise, he’s usually polite to people he doesn’t know. He can be very snarky and sarcastic, but also very empathetic. He’s generally optimistic and has an excellent sense of humor.
He’s a storyteller, and he likes to play the flute and sing, so if he randomly starts doing one of those things, that’s completely normal for him. Oh, and also, he may randomly start speaking a different language.
He comes from a planet, Thaliu, where humanity lives on flying cities above the clouds to escape from the evil portal-demons that inhabit the surface (they rlly need a name other than ‘portal-demon’). You’ll probably need to know that to understand how he acts sometimes (i.e., panicking and telling them they’re all going to die when he finds out he’s on the surface lol)
Now for the random stuff nobody needs to know!
He hates horses.
He doesn’t like hats for some reason (is anyone here wearing a hat?)
He is very interested in watching the sun set over the ocean.
He likes candles. Again, no idea why.
He likes heights to the point of completely disregarding his own safety.
He is curious as to what being in the middle of a thunderstorm would be like.
He doesn’t like the color purple and thinks it’s unnecessary.
He has an uncanny tendency to stare into someone’s eyes while he’s talking to them. Other people inadvertently find themselves looking into his eyes.
I think that’s everything… probably… maybe… probably not…

“Fracture, do everyone around you a favor and shut up.” Svlys said irritably as she eyed the young man and the… whatever it was. “What are we?” She said to the stone thing, “We’re humans – at least, I’d assume we all are.” She glanced around at the group. “And all I want is to get out of this madhouse. Now what are you? And what do you want?”

Klethen!¡!!!!!!!!!!!¡! I actually just thought of it, Igua, Glace and he would go well! Especially since Igua used to have the thing of panicking and saying they’re all gonna die, and he is over confident too! That’s how he has crashed into mountains…more than once.

Note: Glace is only about half to a quarter human. Igua is Wondian human (homowondias! XD) with a dash of Wondian Elf, he’s Mainlandish/Realn.

Izre looked at the snappy young woman with amusement. When she had asked ‘what are you?’ she hadn’t been looking for their species, but whatever.
“I used to be a human,” she responded. “But that was thousands of years ago. What I am now does not concern you, youngling. I want answers! And I am going to get them if I have to tear each of you apart!”

Svlys bristled. “Well, we don’t have any answers for you, so you’re going to have to find them somewhere else.” She snapped. She turned on the young man. “Who are you?” She demanded, “Actually, I don’t care. You’re probably a psychopath like everyone else here.”

Izre strongly considered mauling the young woman, and possibly the other six for good measure, but on second thought, patience is a virtue. She sat back as the young woman turned to start yelling at another guy who must have showed up just before Izre.
Humans were quite amusing.
