Hey hey,
I know y’all haven’t seen me in a while, but I decided to pop in and say hello. Well, that’s partially true. I’ve recently dived into the world of comic books and I am loving it. But while I try to be patient as I wait for the next volume of Birthright, I need some other comic books to read. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.
Thanks!

@christi-Eaton There’s a manga series, Manga Classics that adapts classics into graphic novels. I’ve only read the Jungle Book and Les Miserables adaptions. They were pretty good.
Some of Ted Dekker’s books have been adapted into graphic novels.
There’s also comic collections like, Calvin and Hobbes, Peanuts, etc.
That’s all I can think of off the top of my head.
IMMA KAPEEFER! Til we're old and gray!
@christi-eaton Calvin and Hobbes! Of course. Other than that, I am sadly lacking in comic knowledge.

Also, Daeus has 22 turtles in his signature.
As mentioned before, Calvin and Hobbes, then there’s The Adventures of Tintin by Herge, and Asterix and Obelix by Rene Goscinny and Albert Uderzo.
Currently reading Les Miserables

You…probably would be interested in the kind of comics I enjoy, so…I’m not gonna say anything.
*glances at her total posts* YIKES that’s a lot…

@Christi-Eaton *pops in and says hello* Unfortunately no suggestions, though… Other than the classics of Calvin and Hobbes and Peanuts.
