Chairs, Stan is coming for you.

February 21, 2018 at 7:31 pm #64367@daeus π Yeah, that’s my real name. π Danielle. (Goodness, it’s weird to write that on here after a year and half of deliberately not.) SURPRISE! π
I’m assuming you’re surprised? π

February 21, 2018 at 7:39 pm #64368@dragon-snapper Whoa! :O
I just revealed my real name on YDubs (No, I’m not going to on here too – it’s too open on the internet) and yes, it is weird, but also nice to be called who I actually am.

February 21, 2018 at 8:06 pm #64371@epicaddie2 That’s really funny to me, since I saw The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy recently. Reminds me of the song they sing and them flying into space. “Good bye, and thanks for all the fish!” π

February 21, 2018 at 8:08 pm #64372Oh yes… My poem.
The Empty Notebook
The empty void starting up at me,
Broken only by straight black lines,
Begs to be written I agree,
But how to start, my brain whines. The sad notebook remains blank,
Too many ideas and ways to start,
A message, a shock, or maybe a tank,
I want to skip ahead to a different part.“Come on already! Write something!”
The empty notebook yelled at me,
Fine, I decide, I need it to have wing,
I’ll have it cry out in a scream, Cree!Suspense and action will ensue,
A epic chase by a one winged griffin,
I’ll pull in the reader, you,
Til you want the poor lion-bird to win.The griffin hunters have become the hunted,
They will drop their gear as they flee,
Not actually having thought they would be confronted,
Now they wish they had only met bees. The empty notebook is filling page after page,
As my plot thickens and boils in my head,
Story courses through my veins waiting to be put onstage,
The ideas come rushing, waiting to be said.Until they don’t and you get writer’s block,
Have a nice day they say,
But how to get out of this lock?
There must be a way.*clears throat* And so I have another story idea…
@dragon-snapper Thank you for nothing, you useless reptile. π
Unless I just pick up my little griffin hunters and plop them in one of my other books…
*que cloud flight scene* πIMMA KAPEEFER! Til we're old and gray!

February 21, 2018 at 8:21 pm #64377@perfectfifths Well, I’m older now. And I made myself a facebook page to build a writer platform. I don’t want my reader base to be built on two different names. So I’m sticking with Danielle. It’ll be easier when I’m an adult writer.

February 21, 2018 at 8:32 pm #64379@dragon-snapper Why thank you.
It shall be interesting that you have your real name here now.
@salome01w4g Your’s is potato-squash pudding. (:IMMA KAPEEFER! Til we're old and gray!
February 21, 2018 at 8:55 pm #64388@dragon-snapper We’ll I think you’re the first to ever reveal their name after hiding it for a long time. It’s kinda funny too because Danielle has a really soft feel to it which…doesn’t exactly make me think of a dragon. lol. Don’t burn me with a ball of flame, please! I like the name. It starts with a Da, after all. What more could you ask for?
