He continued to hold his wife’s hand, standing still, waiting, watching, listening.
But they heard footsteps…and two figures came around the corner.
Jonathan squeezed Isabel’s hand and stepped forward to stand in front of her. “Who are you two? Are you friend or foe?”
Steve
“Name’s Puck.” The boy pushed his way forward, hands on his hips. He glared up at Steve. āYou alone, Steven?ā
Steve raised an eyebrow.
Come to think of it…Puck reminded him of someone.
Oddly enough, Puck already reminded Steve of Loki.
Steve gave Puck a small smile. “Nope. I’ve got my best friend Bucky. Oh, and a little friend of ours. He’s only 2 and a half years old though.”
And he glanced around the corner and motioned for Bucky before turning back to face Lucien, Caden, and Puck. “He should be here in a minute.”
Bucky
Steve motioned for him.
Bucky shifted Ryo’s weight to his other arm.
He trusted Steve…but there were other people over there…people Bucky nor Steve knew very well…people that could very well have ill intentions.
Was it Bucky’s fault that trusting people didn’t come easy to him anymore?
Trust always took years to build…but it took only seconds to break…and it took forever to repair.
But he trusted Steve.
And that was enough.
Bucky slowly came forward, coming to stand beside Steve.
There were two older boys and a younger boy who was glaring up at Steve, hands on his hips.
But all of them faced Bucky when he walked in.
Steve smiled. “Bucky, this is Lucien, Caden, and Puck,” Steve motioned to each one as he said their names, Puck was the one with the attitude problem, and he then turned to the three, motioning to Bucky and Ryo, “and this is my best friend Bucky and that is Ryo.”
Bucky nodded. But he had to force himself to speak. “Nice to meet all of you.”

Lucien
Another young man entered with a toddler on his waist. The child had dark hair and olive-colored skin. He buried his face slightly into the manās chest, but his eyes were bright with curiosity.
Cadenās lips cocked into a half smile at the sight of the little boy. He waved, eyes pinching in mirth.
Lucien chuckled slightly. His younger brother tended to be good with kids. Though it helped that he was the one who volunteered the most for babysitting duty when it came to watching their baby brother.
āNice to meet all of you!ā Caden said, nerves obviously calmed at the sight of the boy.
In truth, it was a bit harder to see the two men as dangerous when they had such an adorable companion with them.
But they looked to be strong opponents, should their countenances changeā¦
Andā¦
Lucien raised a brow.
Was that a metal arm?
He quickly averted his gaze, reminding himself that he shouldnāt stare. He knew from his younger brother how it could make one feelā¦
Butā¦the looks of the men did proffer the question of how they had this child in their custody.
Perhaps they were brothersā¦though the child looked nothing like them.
They couldāve been adopted though, like Puckās father.
Speaking of Puckā¦
The little boy raised his head, eyes lighting on the boy. He gave a mirthful smile, giggling slightly.
āYour ears are pointy!ā The boy reached out a hand at Puck, pointing at the boyās strange ears.
Puck scowled, gripping one and tugging it downward. He hugged his other arm around himself, looking away.
āYea, and youāre annoying.ā
The little boy retracted his hand, eyes widening and growing glassy.
āPuck!ā Caden said. He turned to the men and little boy. āHe didnāt mean that!ā
āUm, yes I did, or I wouldnāt have said it.ā Puck released his ear, hugging the other arm around his torso too.
āPuck.ā Lucien glared.
āLucien.ā Puck retorted, glaring right back.
Caden scratched the back of his neck, stepping up in front of the two. āAhā¦ignore them. Weāre looking for our friends, and our brother. You havenāt seen them have you?ā

Aria
Three figures met them.
Two men and a woman.
Aria and Fenrys stopped in their tracks, both groups eyeing each other warily.
One of the young men stepped in front of the woman, eyes narrowed. āWho are you two? Are you friend or foe?ā
Aria glanced at Fenrys, who gave a slight shrug. She turned her attention back to the strangers.
āI suppose that depends on who you areā¦ā Aria glanced at the woman. Her hand was held protectively over her stomach, which bumped out in a way that Aria recognized as a sure sign of future motherhood.
Her fingers eased around the handle of her dagger. Her shoulders relaxed slightly.
She straightened, slowly removing her hood.
āMy name is Aria. Aria-Lynn Fabel, of the kingdom of AāGrend. This is my friend Fenrys Beowulf. We mean no harm, but are looking for our siblings, and others.ā Her eyes met each set of eyes, then set on the young man who stood at the forefront.

Okay I can finally RP!!Ā Only took me 3 days XD.

“Asher?”
A hand rested on my shoulder, shaking me gently.
“Mmmm…” I rolled over, my eyes still shut.
“Iris…just five more minutes…” I mumbled.
“Ash-er!” The voice cried exasperatingly. “W-wake up! We’re not home…”
I opened one eye. “Matt? What’s going on?”
My best friend leaned over the bed that I rested in, eyes wide.
“W-we’re…we’re not h-home! We’re a-at that…that p-place.”
I leaned up and rubbed my eyes.
What?Ā
Then, when my eyes had adjusted to the dim lighting, I gazed around the room.
The room was furnished with soft colored tapestries and rugs. The bed that I had been sleeping in was very beautiful. White downy quilts and pillows covered the king-size bed. The frame was white as well. There was a wooden door on one side of the room, and another smaller door that must have belonged to a closet.
“OhĀ no,”Ā I whispered softly.
I remembered this place. We had been in a castle once before. Matthew had told me all about his adventures with his friends, Lesli, Tauren, Carmen, and Carter, and more.
Dylan told me about a guy named “colored Zyrin”, a talking fox, and a blonde named Jocelyn.
I remembered the dark……and a beautiful young woman named Ara.
She had been kind to me and helped me find Dylan. And, I’m a little embarrassed to say it, but I had a little crush on her.
I smiled. She had been really sweet.
“A-Asher…what i-if Lyla is h-here too? It-it can’t be s-safe here!” He was growing hysterical.
I leapt off the bed and put my hands on his shoulders. “Hey…hey…It’s okay Matt. I’m sure Lyla is okay. Maybe she’s at home. She’s safe. I know it.”
He took a deep breath and let it out shakily. He nodded.
“Y-yeah. You’re r-right…but l-let’s explore s-some and see wh-what we find. And to find h-her if she’s here.”
I blinked in surprise. I was usually the one to get us going, start roaming around, the reckless one of the two. But this time, he was determined to explore this castle, to find what he could, and maybe his sister as well.
I smiled as he trotted over to the door and pull it open with ease. Then he looked back.
“Are you c-coming?”
I nodded. “Are you kidding? Of course!”
He smiled and we exited the room together, ready to face whatever lurked in this crazy castle.

Meet,
Hadassah Arimiche
Hadassah takes after her mother, or at least the side of her mother that was evident as a child.
The real side.
She also takes after her uncle, November.
Loving and tender, Hadassah feels things very deeply, and wears her heart on her sleeve.
Sheās extremely gentle, and her mother is insistent on protecting her innocence and love, because she knows personally what itās like to lose it.
But, you cannot protect a child from everything.
Taking after her grandmother, Hadassah is a Shadow wielder, able to manipulate, create and control shadows.
To an even greater extent then her mother.
In fact, the blood of her grandmotherās race seems to have fully in-dwelled within her, unlike Corvina, giving her the appearance of one of their race as well.
Being born with such power is a large responsibility, especially for a young child.
And Corvina cannot protect her daughter foreverā¦
After an incident involving her powers injures her father and younger sister, (bottom left picture) Hadassah is heartbroken, knowing thatĀ sheĀ was the reason for their pain.
She decides then and their that this powerā¦this curse,Ā is not to be used by her. For it can only bring destruction.
And due to the trauma, she becomes selectively mute, never uttering a word.
Thankfully, this hasnāt changed her love for othersā¦if anything, itās strengthened it.
Though, her mother does worry about her daughterās love of herselfā¦
But she canāt seem to get through to her.
Thankfully, unlike Corvina, Hadassah isnāt alone. She has many friends, sisters and cousins to help her through this road.
Including her best friend, her baby cousin Bren, who sheās very much fond of due to their shared experiences with unruly powers.
(Corvina and November anyone? š„°š„°)
Appearance: Like the pictures above, she has dark black hair in a mess ponytail, fair skin, and blue eyes. She does not have the Raven shifter ability.

It means they choose to be mute, instead of being born mute or made mute due to physical things.
It can be induced by trauma and such. A child or adult or whoever will choose to not speak, making them Selectively Mute

Kiri Arimiche
Kiri is a daddyās girl through and through, and doesnāt mind admitting sheās aĀ bitĀ spoiled.
The middle child of the Arimicheās, It would seem that Kiri doesnāt suffer from middle child syndrome at all, considering all the attention she gets.
Butā¦perhaps thatās just because sheĀ makes sure she gets attention.
Now donāt be fooled, Kiri is actually a very sweet girl, but she can be quite mischievous and tends to take a lot after her father.
A flirt till the end of time, Kiriās favorite hobby is making the boys around her flustered (Lucien and Caden are especially her favorites) and itās not too hard to do, considering she is ratherā¦wellā¦
Very pretty.
Though she uses her face to her advantage, sheās definitely more then just her looks.
Quick with her fingers, Kiri tends to haveā¦sticky fingers,Ā like her father, which can get her into trouble.
Though the two youngest Arimiche girls are often getting into troubleā¦
Itās a habit that took her father a long time to break (and even he still catches himself rooting her on XD) but for now all she can do is be forced to return whatever she stealsā¦
Which isā¦so embarrassing.
But ehā¦whatever. At least itās easier then if sheād been born ugly!
