So, this is a poem/song from one of my books. There are two forms in said book, but I will only be posting the ‘ancient’ form (The ‘new’ form is supposed to have flaws). This is a Battle/marching song for this country.
Boyeva
When children fight with weapons,
And fathers hunt their own,
When captives are their captors,
And hearts are made of Stone.
Then our hope is shaken,
So listen now my son,
For once our peace is broken,
Fetch your blade and run.
Fight this Battle with valor,
Be fearless now my lad,
Protect your wolfish brother,
Then victory shall be had!
P.S.: The ‘people’ in this world are animals hence ‘wolfish’.

I like it! This is a very rallying battle song. I love the tone change.
Thank you!

I like it too. It has some rather deep thoughts hidden in it. Yes, the tone change is thrilling!
You have listened to fears, child. Come, let me breathe on you... Are you brave again? -Aslan
Thank you! Those deeper meanings play around in my book a lot.
