Okay… my description. This is not an excerpt—just random writing that I did, like, just now. Sorry if it’s really bad. I don’t usually like to share stuffs until its edited.
Chi-Chi Tse.
Lexi stepped out of her bedroom, closing the door behind herself. She walked to the kitchen and opened a cabinet—retrieving a pot, which she filled with water and put on the stove. She leaned up against the counter and crossed her arms. Her gaze fell on her younger brother, Chi-Chi, who sat on the living room floor, watching some strange movie on their small, flat-screen TV.
This was not the usual way Lexi would find Chi-Chi—that rebellious teen who couldn’t sit still unless thinking up a scheme. His sleeveless green shirt, leather choker, and baggy pants made him look as though he’d come to cause trouble—but his current mood screamed something different. He was calm today, as though deep, life-questioning thoughts were flowing through his mind.
Chi-Chi ran his fingers through his straight black hair, ruffling his neon green bangs into disorganized fluff. He stood up to throw away the empty, red cup that sat at his side. His green eyes sparkled as he came near the kitchen, and he wiggled his eyebrows—as if trying to get Lexi to notice that he’d shaved lines through the ends of them.
Lexi glanced up at him, but then looked back down as she opened a ramen pack and dropped the noodles in her boiling water. He knew she didn’t approve of his actions and the image he was trying to display. Lexi’s voice was flat as she asked, “Did you shave your brows again?”
“I sure did,” A smile stretched across Chi-Chi’s pretty, flushed face—a grin that was recognizable because he sharpened a couple of his teeth to look similar to a vampire. He threw his cup away and then laughed, “I’ll shave yours too, if you want.”
Yeah, that’s the best I got right now.
Will I hate this later? Probably.Okay now. Deadline is November 3rd…? Will that work?
