      Hi, so I have two stories that I’d love some feedback on. I’ll give some details, and if you’re keen on either or both, let me know.

      1. The Golden Conch. 9,598 words. Synopsis: A mermaid and her golden conch. She is a princess of an undersea kingdom, but there is danger coming. Can Princess Claudia be brave in the face of loss and betrayal?

      2. Sacrifice. 10,033 words. Synopsis: A little German girl is stuck in England during WWII. She meets two German pilots who have been shot down and are trying to get to a meeting point where they will be picked up. (I don’t want to give to much else away, so that’s all I’ll say)

        @katniss-everdeen *clears throat* Well, first of all, a hearty welcome to KP! Secondly, I would LOVE to read over both your stories! What are you looking for, exactly? I.e., grammar/punctuation or sentence structure or plot/character arcs?

        Also, it’s so exciting to see another historical fiction author! 🙂

          @gracie-j *hello* Thank you.

          Awesome. A bit of everything I guess. Anything you pick up on, whether it’s punctuation or plots that need to be revisited, that kind stuff.

          I tend to write a lot of war stories. Probs my top fav genre. Second is princess stories. lol.

          Did you want to send me an email at bluejaytales@gmail.com and then I can send you the two stories…?

            @katniss-everdeen

            I would love to help out! Sadly, my AP Hist. schedule is really driving me nuts, so I’m not able to read over both. But I really wanna read one, so I’ll go for the first one, The Golden Conch. It’ll probably take me until the end of February though, if you’re fine with that.

              I’d love to read the second one! It looks very interesting. I’ve actually never beta read before, so forgive me if I do something silly. 😅

              even in a cage,
