My sister says you definitely have to read the first one first! 🙂 I agree.
June 22, 2016 at 8:50 pm #14327Well this is confusing. Alright everybody, we’re doing The Sign Of The Four, but it is recommended you read the first one first. I don’t think they are very long books.
??????????????????????
June 22, 2016 at 9:06 pm #14329Rats! I missed the voting. 😛 Oh well, I’m afraid I’ll have to sit this one out anyway, but you all have fun with it!
June 23, 2016 at 2:51 am #14334I’ve never read Study in Scarlet, but I have read most of the others, so I’m pretty well acquainted with the characters. I’m so glad we’re doing a Sherlock Holmes story! This is going to be fun. 🙂
June 23, 2016 at 1:36 pm #14342I might have to miss this one. I’m gonna be kinda busy for the next several weeks.
June 23, 2016 at 5:45 pm #14347Alright for all you participating. We’ll be starting next Monday. That should give you enough time to get the book and read the first two chapters.
??????????????????????
June 24, 2016 at 2:14 am #14349@Daeus Next Monday… Is that the 27th or the week after that?

June 24, 2016 at 2:19 am #14350Oh, and as of this minute, Sign of the Four and Study in Scarlet are both free on iBooks. I hope they remain that way….
June 24, 2016 at 8:40 am #14353I’m okay with either one, honestly.
June 24, 2016 at 8:40 am #14354@sarah-h Ah yes, thank you. I meant the week after the 27th.
??????????????????????
June 24, 2016 at 4:34 pm #14365Sorry, but I won’t be able to do this book either.
June 24, 2016 at 10:39 pm #14366@overcomer – oh wow, thank you so much for recommending Study in Scarlet. I just finished it, and I will never see Sherlock Holmes the same way again. I really like his original character.
June 25, 2016 at 10:45 am #14370You’re welcome, @sarah-h ! Glad to share the book love. 🙂
I think it’s possibly the most re-readable book in the series. I just love great beginnings!June 25, 2016 at 12:52 pm #14372Although I love a good Sherlock, I may have to pass on this one – due to the fact that my schedule these coming two weeks is crazy, and I’d have to grab the book from the library. I’ll still be checking back here and reading the comments on it though!!!! 😀

I’d like to join in on this book study since I missed the last. 🙂 BTW The book is free on kindle if someone hasn’t already mentioned that.
