My sister says you definitely have to read the first one first! 🙂 I agree.
Well this is confusing. Alright everybody, we’re doing The Sign Of The Four, but it is recommended you read the first one first. I don’t think they are very long books.

Rats! I missed the voting. 😛 Oh well, I’m afraid I’ll have to sit this one out anyway, but you all have fun with it!
I’ve never read Study in Scarlet, but I have read most of the others, so I’m pretty well acquainted with the characters. I’m so glad we’re doing a Sherlock Holmes story! This is going to be fun. 🙂
I might have to miss this one. I’m gonna be kinda busy for the next several weeks.
Alright for all you participating. We’ll be starting next Monday. That should give you enough time to get the book and read the first two chapters.

@Daeus Next Monday… Is that the 27th or the week after that?
Oh, and as of this minute, Sign of the Four and Study in Scarlet are both free on iBooks. I hope they remain that way….
I’m okay with either one, honestly.
@sarah-h Ah yes, thank you. I meant the week after the 27th.

Sorry, but I won’t be able to do this book either.
@overcomer – oh wow, thank you so much for recommending Study in Scarlet. I just finished it, and I will never see Sherlock Holmes the same way again. I really like his original character.
You’re welcome, @sarah-h ! Glad to share the book love. 🙂
I think it’s possibly the most re-readable book in the series. I just love great beginnings!
Although I love a good Sherlock, I may have to pass on this one – due to the fact that my schedule these coming two weeks is crazy, and I’d have to grab the book from the library. I’ll still be checking back here and reading the comments on it though!!!! 😀
I’d like to join in on this book study since I missed the last. 🙂 BTW The book is free on kindle if someone hasn’t already mentioned that.
