      @keilah-h

OHHH, ok!!! I know almost nothing about Star Wars, so my friend provided a bunch of resources, lol! 😂

I can give you the backstory of Steve and Bucky tho, if you wanted…but I probably won’t post any of the actual AU since my friend will probably be writing part of it too 😊

and yes, that is Bucky from the comics.

LOL…that was random and hilarious 😂😂

        @freedomwriter76 Ok!

Hunter, who I just showed you, and Crosshair, who seems to be my ever present roleplay character on this forum, are both from that time period.

I could link a couple pages on my faovrite charries if you want them.

Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.

@keilah-h it’s okay. I’ll probably use the resources from my friend, but you can tell me your favorite characters in the “talk about our fanfics” chat, if you want.

(i’ll also share their backstories there)

            @freedomwriter76 ok then!

I actually thought about doing a Marvel/Star Wars AU where it’s kinda “what if some of the Star Wars characters were from Marvel instead?”

Where'd I get ya this time? The liver? The kidney? I'm runnin' outta places to put holes in ya.

              But I’m obsessed with Yelena

And it was cool to learn more about the red room and how sad it is

AWWW Thor Ragnarock is SO good! I haven’t seen Black Widow yet… but I really want to see Yelena in something.

I rolled the log over and underneath was a tiny little stick and I was like, "That log had a child

Ragnarok was the first Marvel movie I ever watched! It’s probably one of my favorites.

I have the last few chapters!! I’m aware this was kind of short, then again none of my fanfics are very long…

also just to be clear… this is just the first book, so while it didn’t end well… there will be more

and the next one will take place in a certain and beloved movie!!!

                    … Spider-Man, No Way Home… shhhh

                    Chapter 16

Vision was nervous, things weren’t right, and Wanda had been more depressed than ever. And the conversation between her and Pietro opened up Vision’s mind.

Now here he was by the edge of WestView, every part of him was telling him to leave… but he couldn’t help but feel that was all Wanda too.

He had to know the truth, no matter how bad it was.

Vision put his hand out in front of him, hoping that whatever was in front of him would hit his hand first. And it did, his hand went through a blue field, and suddenly memories flooded him.

He and Wanda, the Avengers, but most importantly, Wanda destroying him and then Thanos doing the same.

Vision quickly brought his hand back in, but the memories didn’t leave. Now he understood, now he knew the truth, and Wanda’s pain was crystal clear to him.

                    ~*~

“Look we’ve all been there, right? Letting our fear and anger get the best of us, intentionally expanding the borders of the false world we created,” Wanda shrugged looking at Molly.

Wanda had been laying everything on Molly.

                    “Yeah… of course,” Molly hesitated.

Wanda was about to say something else, but a terrible feeling hit her, like something or someone had just tampered with her reality. She looked around, having a gut feeling it was Vision.

“I think I’m done, I’m really tired,” Wanda quickly rushed Molly out of the house, and then prepared herself for Vision to get home.

“Hello darling…” Vision greeted entering the house.

Wanda and Vision looked at each other, both knowing that something had just happened.

“I told you to leave it alone,” Wanda stated, lifting herself up, with her powers.

“You controlled me!” Vision had never gotten mad before, but he couldn’t stand the idea of Wanda controlling him. “You made me forget everything,”

“Knowing the truth, don’t you understand why?”

“If I died… how am I here, with this stone still in my head?” Vision pointed to the stone in his forehead. “What’s not right here?”

                    “Nothing… we’re happy aren’t we?”

“Then why have you made me forget the past?”

“Because they all died! We didn’t win, we lost Tony, Nat, Loki… and you,” Wanda hesitated. “I lost my husband… must I say more,”

“Is this all your imagination, what is this?”

“I used the stones to see other multiverses, in many, Wanda is happy and has two sons, and a wonderful husband, that’s all I wanted,” Wanda lowered herself to the ground, the truth was in her reality and it was so very overwhelming. “Can’t we just go back to how it used to be, being happy?”

“So you’ll manipulate my mind again?! Just like you did to Steve?!”

“I don’t like it either! But it’s the only way,”

                    “But at what cost, Wanda?”

Wanda went silent… tears streaming down her face.

“At what cost?” Vision repeated the question, this time in a compassionate whisper.

“Don’t you know I’d do anything for you,”

“But I didn’t ask for that, I think in the end you need to ask yourself if you’re doing this for us or just for yourself,”

“Let us just have a few more days of this, please…”

Vision looked around and then at his wife. “Alright,”

Wanda closed her eyes, trying to stop her tears.

She didn’t want a few more days, but instead years, she truly wanted it forever.

She was still in denial about reality, about what had really happened.

But she couldn’t manipulate Vision, it was wrong of her to do in the first place.

                    Chapter 17

“Hurry up!” Tommy shouted, to his parents.

Wanda smiled at Vision, who smiled back. After coming to an agreement, things were good, possibly better, because Vision remember everything from their past, all the beautiful memories between them.

Wanda looked at Vision, still smiling, yet hating that in a few days, she would have to end it, she would have to destroy all of this… and him, and her kids.

But for right now, they were just enjoying movie night in West View. Where everybody would gather in the park, and watch a movie on a giant screen.

“Yeah, come on Mom and Dad!” Billy directed.

“We’re coming,” Wanda and Vision took a seat on the blanket, smiling at the two boys.

“The movie is about to start,” Billy said, pointing to the giant projector, which was lighting up.

Everyone smiled, as a few commercials played, and then the movie started.

                    “Wanda, it’s time,”

Wanda looked at Vision, shaking her head.

                    “No, no,”

“They can’t stop him, Wanda. But we can. Look at me. You have the power to destroy the stone,”

                    “Don’t,”

“You must. Please… We are out of time.”

“I can’t…” By now Wanda was in complete tears.

“Yes, you can. You can. If he gets this stone, half the Universe dies. It’s not fair. It shouldn’t be you, but it is. It’s all right. You could never hurt me. …I just feel you.”

Vision led Wanda into the right position, and then like that, Wanda began to destroy him. Sobbing, slowly destroying her happy ever after, destroying her husband and love.

His last words were spoken through the pain. “I love you…”

Wanda lost it, watching the clip, watching the stone shattered. Her powers spiraled out, making everyone in the park just stop, including her family and Vision.

And in the silence, the only thing you could hear was Wanda’s sobbing.

The truth she had tried so hard to deny, was right there in front of her, the one memory she had tried so very hard to forget, came back in full swing.

She had destroyed Vision, he was gone, and that was the truth, the heartbreaking truth, that made Wanda completely give up.

                    “Hello, Wanda,”

Wanda looked up from her sobbing, to see a portal open, and right there in front of her was Doctor Strange.

“Steven? What on earth are you doing here?”

“I was going to let the Avengers handle this, but somehow you twisted them to be on your side,”

“Don’t do that, don’t make me a villain, surly you saw the clip, you know what happened, I just wanted to be happy.”

“By making a completely fake life,” Steven had never been the most comforting person ever, and he truly didn’t have any patience for Wanda.

                    “How dare you say that,”

“Vision’s life was a sad loss and so was Pietro’s, but you must move on,”

“I must move on, how did you expect me to do that? When I had no home, no family, no job, I was just alone in my emptiness, but you didn’t care until it affected you!” Wanda rose up with her powers, ready to fight. “You make my pain sound so small when truthfully it was enough to drown me and everyone around me, so I did this,”

“If those stones don’t get returned this instant, Wandas from other universes will never get their Vision, powers, or even Billy and Tommy, so if you won’t do it for others do it for yourself,”

Wanda’s eyes filled with tears, finally understanding what Steven and the Avengers had been fighting for. “I can’t, I was supposed to have more time!”

                    “Time is up,”

Wanda looked at her paused family, and then at Steven. “Please no… just no, not them,”

                    “I’m sorry, but you must,”

Wanda looked at the screen, there she was on her knees sobbing, Wanda wanted to hug that Wanda, to tell her it was not the end or just to have someone say that, instead of manipulation or schemes, just someone to tell her, it’s okay.

                    Chapter 18

“Me and your mother couldn’t be more proud of you two,” Vision stated, tucking Billy in.

“We love you two so much!” Wanda said, smiling at Tommy.

This was probably their most enthusiastic bedtime, Wanda didn’t want the last few minutes of her and her family to be sad ones, but instead memorable ones.

Wanda was trying to be strong, lightly kissing Tommy and Billy.

She stood in their room for a few minutes, trying to drag this process out for as long as possible.

                    Trying to remember everything.

                    “Goodnight!”

                    “Love you!”

                    Both Billy and Tommy exclaimed.

Wanda was now in the doorway, she let out a sigh and then found the strength to say one last thing. “Boys, a family is forever, we could never truly leave each other even if we tried, thank you for choosing me to be your mother,”

The boys smiled as their parents closed the bedroom door, not knowing it would be the last time they’d ever see them.

                    ~*~

Wanda held Vision’s hand, not daring to let go. Not daring to let him go, not yet, not ever.

Vision turned to face Wanda, wiping the tears from her eyes.

                    “Why did you do it?”

Wanda swallowed, hesitating. “I couldn’t… imagine a lifetime of missing you,”

“I suppose it’s time for me to go,” Vision put his hand under Wanda’s chin, lifting her face to face him. “But I must know, what am I?”

“You, Vision, are the grief that controlled me, the overwhelming pain that led me to build you. You are my sadness and my hope. But mostly you are my love,” Wanda whispered, her hand holding Vision’s head. In a low quiet whisper, she spoke. “Please don’t leave, please don’t make me destroy you once again, I love you…”

Vision kissed Wanda on the lips, he had so much empathy for his love, and he wished so much to not leave her. To stay here with her, and have a family with her.

They locked foreheads, sharing a light smile.

“We have said goodbye before, so it stands to reason-”

“We will say hello again,” Wanda’s lips quivered as she still had her forehead on his. She was holding back so many sobs, as it hit so hard.

Here she was again, with her love, and yet saying goodbye once again.

“So long darling,” Vision started to fade away to pure dust. His face left her with an expression of love for her.

The dust ended at his hand, which was holding Wanda’s.

Wanda shook as she opened her hand to reveal the Mind Stone.

And like that, Wanda fell to her knees, too weak to stand. “No!” She screamed… a scream that didn’t seem to do her grief justice.

                    “Goodnight!”

                    “Love you!”

                    “So long Darling,”

“No, please n-” Wanda couldn’t even scream anymore, just gripping the Mind Stone as she felt like she too was fading.

                    “I love you too…”

Their words echoed through Wanda’s head, so tired, so weak, so hurt, and so very empty. The reality she had once loved faded away, and the house around her did too.

Wanda sobbed a sob that was so repetitive, so strong, that she struggled to breathe in between them.

Knowing their last words were empty.

And that was their last goodbye, which seemed so much more painful.

                    All the smiles were gone…

                    Vision was gone…

                    Her family was gone…

                    Chapter 19

All the Avengers waited outside the house door. Tears filled their eyes, knowing what was happening. The once fake reality faded around them, they were still worn from their last encounter with Wanda, but now… well now they were just tired.

There hadn’t even been a true fight, just Doctor Strange coming in and ruining Wanda’s reality.

Suddenly the house started to fade, and Wanda continued to sob, just there on her knees, as everything faded around her. After a few minutes of pure grief, she managed the strength to say something.

                    “I quit,”

Wanda’s face was red, and tears rolled down her cheeks.

Clint walked over to her. “What do you mean?”

“You told me a long time ago if I walk out that door, I’m an Avenger-”

“And you still are, you always will be, we’re family,” Clint protested.

“Since I walked out that door, I lost my brother, my husband, and… my kids,” Wanda grabbed Clint’s hand, slipping the Mind Stone (which she had made a shell around it to contain it’s powers) into it. “I just lost… my family… I drowned,”

                    “Wanda…”

“Will I only lose? Will I be the only one to remember who we lose? You guys saw the victory of the snap, but I… I was left with only the lost,”

                    “I’m so sorry,”

“You say we’re family, but it didn’t feel like it when I was grieving, you guys only cared about my pain, when it started to affect you,” Wanda turned to look at everyone. “Where were you then?”

No one said anything, just looking at her.

“That’s what I thought… I’m sorry for this and manipulating you guys,” Wanda wasn’t going to try fighting anymore, she was tired of it. “Goodbye…”

Wanda looked at Steve before she left.

“Enjoy your life with Peggy, I know the feeling of losing someone… someone who means everything to you,”

Wanda transformed into her suit, and flew away. Everyone just watched her, not sure what to do, they had the stones, they had won, yet… they hadn’t.

“This is the worst battle yet,” Peter stated, jumping down from a lamp post.

“When you’re fighting against someone, who isn’t bad, it’s never a good one,” Steve stated, dropping his shield.

“Well, here we are,” Clint stated, stepping onto the time machine platform.

Looking at Steve, who had the Mind Stone in his hand. Staring at it, with a few small tears in his eyes.

“I tell me people our job is to save the world, no matter the cost, but I guess it’s easy to say when you’re not the one really losing,”

“So I’m not the only one feeling guilty?” Clint stated.

                    “Nope,”

“I guess I can’t help but feel terrible that I wasn’t even in the fight, I wasn’t there, I was so concerned about looking out for my family, that I didn’t realize you guys are also my family,” Clint hesitated. “I failed her,”

“Get in touch with her, please, she’ll listen to you, she looks up to you, she could never hate you,”

“I will,” Clint patted Steve on the shoulder. “It was nice working for you Cap,”

Clint left Sam and Bucky to say goodbye and walked over to Peter.

Peter was sitting by the lake, tossing stones.

“You should probably go to school, right about now,”

                    “I will soon, I just… I feel a little empty too,”

“I know Tony was a huge person in your life, and I’m sorry you had to lose him,”

Peter through another rock, it skipped for quite a bit and then sunk into the water.

“Did Wanda come and visit your family a lot?”

“Yeah she did, my kids loved her, my wife loved her, she was like another member of our family, and then I guess we forgot about her, she deserved so much better from us, from her family,”

“Pepper told me, Morgan loves to talk about me, and to think I only said a few sentences to her at the funeral,”

“Guess you made an impression,” Clint faced Peter. “The girl won’t have a Dad but she can have a brother at least,”

“I’m not sure I’m qualified for that,” Peter grinned. “I never had any siblings,”

“You’ll do fine, you’ll do great actually,”

                    “Thanks,”

Peter and Clint shared a smile.

A smile that made Clint even more sad, because it was the same smile he and Wanda had shared a few times, he and Laura had tried to be something to Wanda that she hadn’t really had.

And he couldn’t help but feel like they made a terrible mistake, that they had left her out to figure things out by herself, and he couldn’t blame her for how she reacted.

                    For what she had done…

She was just a villain of grief…

This was so sad, but tbh without people around them to help I think a lot of people would get a bit messed up. I’m looking forwards to seeing what happens next!
