I tried to downloading google forms but they asked me to access personal info and control what I put on google forms!? I don’t feel comfortable allowing that!

I’ll see if I can find another way!

Just set up another Gmail account, and use it when you don’t people knowing your information. It will ask for your birthday and name, but just don’t put in you real birthday date and use an alias. It can come in handy when a store asks for your email, but you don’t want them flooding your inbox with advertisements.
