On the application, it asks “what are your skills?” Is this talking about writing related skills? Characters, dialogue, etc. Or other skills? Thanks 🙂
Thanks for the question! The skills section refers to just skills in general. For example, communication, working in a team, giving feedback, working under pressure or deadlines, teaching, or using specific tools such as Google Docs; these all count as skills.
As for your writing skills, you can elaborate more about it in the “Tell us about your writing experience” section of the application, as we would also like to hear about that too. 🙂
I hope that clears things up, and let me know if you have any other questions!
Are you looking for any graphic designers? to like take quotes from stories or articles published on here and make them so you can share them on instagram or anything? I noticed you guys have an unactive instagram, that you could grow, to reach more audience. Kind of like Story Embers or Havok does.
But also I could make anything you need for the blog.
If you’re all covered that’s ok. I was just wondering.
Thanks 🙂
Hi! While Kingdom Pen wasn’t really looking for a graphic designer, we would love some help with setting the instagram back up! If you are interested, you can go ahead and email us at kingdompenmag@gmail.com with your ideas and maybe some samples of your work, and we can talk about it more via email. 🙂
