HEY GUYS!!! I’M STILL ALIVE!!!! I know its literally been forever (prob like a year or even two) but I’m still writing and striving and getting ever closer with my Lord and Savior. I’m sure I’ve missed A LOT, I’ve been crazy busy with work and doing early college online at BYUI but I wanted to say hi! I love KP and everyone here, such a good community and I’ve missed it! I’m not sure how much time I’ll have for it but I’d love to hop onto an RP or two or share some of my recent art ventures. I actually got hired to illustrate someone’s book!! I’m working on that right now as a little side gig and its really fun. Still have yet to actually finish writing anything, but I have around 12-14 projects going at the moment… and even more ideas… BUT eventually I will get there and the Lord has heloed and will help me lots. But yeah, I want to hear everyone’s updates! If you see this, what has been the most exciting thing in your life in the last few months and what holiday tradition are you most looking forward to this season?

I’ve been doing great! I started learning animation–I have my own youtube channel now and have been posting How to Train Your Dragon animations. I also just started writing a fully original story (that I hopefully will be working on later today lol)

Oh goodness exciting things lol…
Well I’m starting to get back into drawing and writing again after kinda taking a break from creative stuff for awhile, so that’s fun! Also I’m doing crafts again which I haven’t done in so long! I’ve been having a really hard year and I lost some of my creativity because of the pressure I was under, so I’m grateful that it’s slowly coming back. Right now I think I’m most excited for a project I’m working on. I recently got into nendoroids (I only have one, they’re so expensive!) and I’m planning on making the display into a house set up.

It’s always so fun to see you guy’s names again, even if some of the members from when I was most active are busy now, I still remember when we all used to talk like every day XD
No literally! Been ages and yeah I think a lot of people are less active now that I knew. But that all sounds so exciting! I definitely get the loss of creativity and to much pressure, sorry that happend but glad its reemerging, taking breaks are important though. But yes I’d love to go see your art! I’ll have to check that out! Tag me for sure, and I’ll do the same if I post anything

That’s really cool that you got an illustration job. What kind of book is it? Also 12 projects sounds like a lot. But also same, lol. I haven’t finished writing anything either. I have like 5 projects right now, 2 of which are taking priority.
As for real life, I’ve been struggling with adult life a lot, but I have a new niece and nephew and since I’ve moved away from my parents I’ve been closer to them so I get to visit a lot. I’ve been doing a lot of art, though it’s slowed down a bit lately. And I also made a YouTube channel which is fun.
I’m not really looking forward to Christmas, but I am excited for snow. How about you? What are your holiday traditions?

I’m excited for the illustration job! Its pretty lowk though, my friend is publishing and when she found out I do art she hired me to do some for her and is paying me thankfully hahaha! Her book is called Embers Of Today and is a dark fantasy, so some of the illustrations are really not my style (I drew a little evil creature but I’m told he still ended up looking cute) but others have been really fun!
Balancing writing is harddd, I’m also mainly sticking to two for now but sometimes the priority will shift and I’ll bounce to two others.
Thats super nice you’re closer to your parents!! Moving out can be scary but its also very exciting and I’m glad your at that point with them. CONGRATS ON HAVING LITTLE NEICES AND NEPHEWS! Thats so fun, my oldest sister got married in August and I can’t wait for when I’m eventually an Aunt. Whats your Channel? I need to find yours too! Mine has been far too neglected, I mainly post shorts now cause they’re easier haha.
Sorry you aren’t looking forward to christmasss, totally here if you need to vent. Snow is awesome though! I grew up with it but now don’t have as much, I miss it but also really like warm weather. I’m excited for a lot of traditions, especially since it’ll be my last christmas before I move out, but some favorites are just christmas shopping for my family, we all go out and then wrap them while we watch a christmas movie, and then on Christmas eve we write letters to Christ on what we’d like to give Him that year, how we’ll better serve or devot more time and its the first thing we open the next morning and we all read each others!
Cool! Sounds like a fun book. I get accidentally making a scary/ evil character cute, lol. I do that a lot in my own art. It’s a struggle.
Oh whoops, I meant to say I was living closer to my nieces and nephew, lol. Moving out is great, actually, except for the fact that I have to pay for everything. XD
