Ok, I wasn’t sure who all to tag, but since I know conversations in this side of the site can be hard to access, I went with as many as I thought would be interested or have similar questions.
With the Summer Writing group, I know several of us are uncomfortable sharing directly online, but would like to have some readers for accountability/feedback. I was personally hoping for a small email group I could share a draft with for feedback etc. Would any of you be interested in doing that, or maybe have another idea on going about this?
And some of us may be too busy, but I still wanted to include… *Looking at you, Sunny*
Anyway, thoughts, ideas, or speculations?
That sounds like a good idea. Would the email group be just for your draft, or would it be for everyone to share stuff?
Glad you approve! 😀 I sure hope not just for mine. XD Depending on the type of doc, we might share access to a copy of the manuscript to one thread itself, comment inside the docs, and leave the thread to bugging each other and other general imperatives. Alternately, we could make separate threads for each project, which would have the advantage of organization but maybe fill inboxes more.
I will say, I would want to use a different email than the one y’all currently have, but I’d make sure y’all know who I am.
